 The black wolf lay, once again, on the rocks he'd been 'sunning' on before. His golden gaze was fixated on the shewolf that was amusing him so. Yet ever few minutes, his eyes would drift up, ears flattening. He sneezed, wrinkling his nose and regarding Morning Rain again. "Tell me, deary, have I weaseled my way into your lovely little heart to steal it away yet?" He grinned devilishly, snapping his jaws like the predator he was towards her.
If anyone was stealing anything, he was quite sure she would end up stealing some of the fur off his behind. But he was having oh so much fun teasing her! Really, it was almost adorable how she fought back.
Wicked Eclipse pawed at the rocks, giving her his most adorable (and not at all lecherous) look he could muster. "I'll promise to behave~" Not really. He just wanted to see if he could finally crack through her snark. Except his nose was telling him they were probably going to get drenched again soon. And not by the water they'd been playing in. Again, he glanced up, eying the dark clouds that had begun rolling in, making the woods look darker and darker.
"Hope you're not afraid of the thunder, Rain." He snickered.

 Rain shook herself out before flopping down on the bank near Wicked Eclipse's sunning rocks and let out a snort.
"Not in your wildest dreams, mutt," she smirked, rolling in the grass. This male was alright. A pain in her behind, but he was tolerable and made her laugh which was okay in her mind.
"You? Behave? That's just laughable in itself," she barked, giggling on her back as she looked up at the darkening sky. It was actually getting really dark. Was it that late? She frowned. Her father would be getting worried and would probably come looking for her soon. She was pulled from her musings by Wicked Eclipse's snicker and let out another unladylike snort.
"My name has 'rain' in it. Why would I be afraid of thunderstorms?" she laughed. "I bet you are, oh Wicked one," She had just stuck her tongue out at him when the first booming thunderclap rocked the land. She rolled back onto her stomach and blinked as a raindrop plopped onto her nose.
"That came in pretty fast..." she murmured worriedly, eyeing the almost black sky.

His attention was stolen by watching Morning Rain roll around in the grass. Much like a pup. "How very ladylike of you." He said casually, giving his 'companion' a lopsided grin. Oh she was much fun! And he really did like taunting her...
Wicked sighed dramatically, tilting his chin up. "So mother would say~ " A pause. "And my sisters." Females! "Clearly, I am just destined to never win with your kind... But alas! I am a breed of my own." He grinned and teasingly snapped his teeth at her.
A bark of mocking laughter was his response. "Me? Afraid of a little thunder?"
Unfortunately, the large clap of thunder startled him to his feet, ears pinned back and eyes back on the sky. His nose twitched as he smelled the heavy scent of rain. Carefully, the dark wolf hopped down beside Morning Rain, head lowered more to her level. "... Say, little fishy." Wicked flashed her a brief grin. "Why not a big ol' strong wolf like me escort you home, hmm?" Was he worried? Of course not! Why would he be worried... ? Okay maybe he was. A little.

If she hadn't been just as startled at the crack of thunder that boomed across the land, she would've laughed at him. But this was starting to become serious. Her parents were going to kill her.
She let out a nervous laugh. "'Big ol' strong wolf', eh? Well if you're that scared to travel alone, I guess I could escort you."
Just as she started to stand, sheets of rain descended from the sky. She sputtered as she was completely soaked within seconds. What kind of storm was this? Not one she had encountered in her young life. They had to get to higher ground. Being next to a river was not ideal in these conditions.
"Let's go!" she yelled over the roar of the rain and thunder.
