DAYONE.

okay, okay. day one was actually yesterday. but let's not think about
yesterday because i ate so horribly. today is the forreal start day! even though
i didn't do well today either...

weight:
- idek, i didnt have time to weigh myself

breakfast:
- chips ahoy&reeces cookies x 2
- coffee

lunch:
- pasta with fake meatballs
- gatorade

dinner:
- veggie subway sub
- cheese potato chips
- raspberry iced tea

exercise:
- none, other than walking some at work and then grocery shopping with
the boyfriend. nothing significant though.
