Please be honest with your opinions, or else you will never get your point across and no one will understand you." Then she looked at Mei-Yun and Ren, "You were looking for me, weren't you Ren?"Rubbing her shoulder, she slowly removed her hand for the pain had lessened. Astrid began to straighten her posture and sighed again. Even though she appeared fine, she was still in pain. "I apologize, but can you make it quick Ren?"

 ¤ Ren, Son of Sparda ¤  HP: ★★★★★★ SP: ★★★★★ EXP:★☆☆☆☆☆ “What you see is what you get! Just a guy who loves adventure.”  (sorry for typos) Ren had to make this quick, since there wasn't enough time. He knew that he was trouble just walking by, and it can be fatal for even Annali. A way to get into the river styx. I need to get in there now. he said, as he looked over to Mei and Annali. And I need you to train the star girl. If she goes with me, might as well learn how to fight like I do. he said to her. “Though a fight every now and then does make life a little more interesting, don't ya think?" Menu:

+~Astrid~+ Her eyes went wide, "What..?"Questioning herself as to why Ren wanted to go there, she finally had a revelation. 'His father...' Astrid clenched her fists, she promised his mother that Ren must never go near Hell. Ren could not possibly understand the gravity of the events that would occur if he went anywhere near the River Styx... Closing her eyes, Astrid sighed and looked back at Ren, "You will not go there. No, I forbid you to go there." Her brows furrowed, "It is not even a matter of the current war, you must not go to the River Styx." Astrid glared venom at the boy, "This rule is not even mine, but your mother's. You cannot go there."She then recalled he mentioned about training Annali, "Even if I wanted to train her, I could not. Angels are trained based on their jobs. Despite my capabilities, I am not qualified to teach Annali. Only another Angel of equal qualifications can teach her."This was no lie. In no way could she teach another angel, unless it was to replace herself. These were rules of Heaven and of her own ignorance. She hardly ever goes to Heaven, let alone to the training grounds. Astrid is behind some centuries with new training methods. With a sigh, she looked again to Mei-Yun, "Even Ms. Mei-Yun cannot teach her." She meant this as a warning to the princess to not even try. Regardless of the matter, she was concerned about Annali being out of Heaven and having what appeared to be some attitude. Of course, she was also concerned with the princess, but she knew that neither princess would want their mother knowing of the fact they would sneak down here. Moving her gaze back to Ren, she spoke up, "If you still think you want to go there, you will leave me no choice but to stop you."

Was it really that big of a deal? Fine then, but just take Annali back home, before anything bad happens to her. he said, as he turned. Ren was still headed for the River Styx, yet there was the sign that he wasn't ready yet. Especially because his mother predicted it. Don't do this Astrid! Not you too! he said, as she said of stopping him. He wasn't ready to fight a deadly angel like her, who was capable of many things, even birth and death. Yet he was too blind by arrogance and detrrmination to see that. Plus the fact that he's the only thing close to a mother Ren has. Alrightthen... you wanna stop me? Then you'll have to beat me! Ren said, unsheathing his blade. He didn't want to kill her, just beat her in fighting. “Though a fight every now and then does make life a little more interesting, don't ya think?" Menu:

+~Astrid~+ She did not reach for her weapon, nor for the holy water; she merely stood there staring at his blade. Calmly, Astrid raised her hand to Ren and pointed to him. At the tip of her finger, a gold light softly appeared. It was then she spoke, "O Lord our God, let the wings of sleep fall upon his eyes and eyelids."It was a sleep prayer, and from the tip of her finger, the soft light floated around Ren's body. The dainty light settled at his face, around his eyes; slowly encircling his head. "Let him lie down in peace, and rise in peace." Astrid continued the prayer as the gold light started to drizzle around his face. "Amen."The light began to fade, and she hoped the prayer would work.

He hadn't known half of the prayers that Astrid could make, but Ren still went full force. No way I'll let you do this! Ren darted off, yet the golden light had went for him. As it circked, Ren ignored it, as he kept his attack going. Just then, sorinkling began to occur on his face, as he swung the blade at Astrid. He was clost to the tip of his blade making contact, but it stopped inches away from her cheek, as Ren froze. Soon after, he began to drop to his knees, dropping his sword, then his eyes closed, as he was knocked out cold in sleep. “Though a fight every now and then does make life a little more interesting, don't ya think?" Mei-Yun smiled towards the group then turned to Astrid. Sighing, knowing she was caring about what would happen to her and she understood her sense of 'Mei-Yun go home.' But she wanted to explore more of Earth. Then she also wondered why this boy was so in tune to going to Hell. What was he planning? Sighing once more, Mei made a mental note to herself to keep a good eye on him once and a while. When she saw Ren suddenly collapse into a heavy sleep she sighed. Pressing her hand against his head she let a bit of light trickle into him casting a protective barrier around his body. Turning to Annali she smiled. "Make sure he rests well. I think I must go now so I'll see you all later." Her eyes shimmered in warmth and she gave a nod towards Astrid. "Goodbye guys."

+~Astrid~+ Noticing the spell Mei-Yun cast, a light smile formed from Astrid's mouth. As she watched the princess leave, she prayed a small protection spell back for her. Once the princess left, Astrid turned back to look at Annali and Ren. Carefully, she bent down over Ren and picked him up into her arms. Rising to her feet, Astrid looked back at Annali, "Annali...if you don't want to go home, you may come to my home." She sighed, "However, if you come will me, you cannot leave my house until I escort you."If there was one thing Astrid valued, it was her privacy. The last thing she needed were more people to find out where she resided on Earth.

*****Annali***** ~Would you kill for me?~ Annali watched all of the events with fascination. She was surprised when she heard that Ren wanted her to learn how to fight. Well, it only made sense that she do so if she was going to follow him on his mission. She tugged nervously her short hair when Ren challenged Astrid. Astrid was one of the most talented angels. Annali admired her for her powers, often wishing she could have them as well. To see her idol and her new friend fight was nerve-racking. She had no idea who to root for. The battle was over in minutes. Annali stepped forward as Ren fell. She stopped when Astrid offered for her to come along. Nodding quickly, she followed after Astrid and the unconscious Ren.

I will never cease to rest... Miasma walked up to the church and spat at it. To think that humans built structures to worship a God who does not hear them. It was an absolutely disgusting sight. I wonder if those air headed angels will even care if this gets destroyed...Why not find out and see if the roaches come out to play? Miasma leaned close to to the building and looked up at it. He set his rapier against it and watched as it gouged out a portion of the wall. Miasma grinned as he placed the palms of his hands against the building and watched the area around them rot and decay until they turned to dust, causing a wall of the church to fall. There was a few people inside screaming out as they were buried under the rubble. ...until all that is holy is squirming at my feet. ╔══════════════╗
