What We Deal With
Barton Town Court of Justice deals with the following:
-Gaia "Divorces"
-Gold scandals within guilds
-Gold 'lawsuits'
-Mild harassment(non trolling)
-Trolling(unless it's a reportable trolling then we report it)
-Guild disputes (ownership, disputes between crew, etc.)
-Any other incedent that you want the court to review. Except ToS violations.

But isn't trolling, harassment or gold issues suppose to be reported to mods? No matter how small the situation might be?

I'm kinda confused so I wanna see what other have to say about it.

I think the thing here is sometimes people are unsure whether something needs reporting or not. If you go to some place like this, they'll probably be well versed with the rules and be able to suggest whether you should report or not

Well I think if something is bothering you or you know something wrong is going on, report it. And report it to the head which are the mods. Right or wrong better save than sorry. Beside it doesnt hurt report it when there really wasnt a problem.

Ugh i hate these types off guilds...they make things complicated.

Basically, if you feel something needs to be reported/mediated...thats what mods are for. These guilds really aren't needed, nor are they actually authorized to hand out "punishment"
