"So..I see will no longer hold back. As dreaded as my soul is I won't kill the weak." he said turning to Carrot and seeing Tsukiko use her powers to deafen the defenseless Carrot. He allowed his arm to turn a dark purple and completely take full control of his entire arm. He was about to fling his scythe at the cyborg when she started to strike Carrot until he saw her shoot a blast his way. His natural reaction was to side step it, until Tsukiko appeared out of it. He was impressed, her attack was very much like his Feather Pluck. He smirked a evil grin. He ducked her fist and had turned his scythe into a gun once more and pointed it at her stomach and fired it numerous amounts of times. He wasn't sure what affect they would have on her so he summersalted then started toward Carrot. He looked at his arm and knew now was the time to strike. He stopped when he had reached Carrot. He then lifted her up and hoisted her over his shoulder, figuring she would protest. He then lifted his purple into the air and then made a downward motion to signal his companions it was time to attack. The sky cleared as the crows all dropped downward onto the building pointing their beaks at their targets. Beaks as sharp as any blade, knife, dagger. Then something caught his attention, his companions were being roasted alive by that infernal bird. He then balled his hand into a fist as the feathers of the charred crows turned into wings, then feet, then beaks formed; until, the very birds that had been burned had reformed and continued their mission. "Not this time you frustrating phoenix." he mused. "Much like you they can arise again, only difference is they are apart of me. MY very soul...if you want them dead." he paused turning his gun back into a scythe. "You'll have to kill me." he said boastfully.

Carrot merely watched what was unfolding and listened to how Tsukiko said that attacking someone down was another type of assault. In fact, she was right...it was a strategy but a cruel one indeed with little honor in it if one cared about that seriously. That's why battling head on isn't Carrot's type of fighting style with her powers, but it is with close combat. And with two.....three beings elemental, she was at odds with her own abilities since they're proximity locked. Her core began cooling down a little more now as her body was healing better now. Suddenly she yelped to cover her face when Tsukiko feigned a punch at her and listened to what she said. If that's the case...she has a plan for the upcoming future she'll use.
Instead a she was heading directly for Tatsu, but luckily seeing him counterattack and roll out of the way towards her, she looked up at the sky filled with black fire, her eyes showing no actual fear of their power. She's just as dangerous as any one of them in general with her full powered bomb. Suddenly, Carrot was picked up by Tatsu and her cheeks turned pink. "H-hey!" She said kicking her legs and pummeling on his back with his hands. Eventually she stopped and just remained there over his shoulder. "D-don't....let's just get out of here..." She stated to him.

They were strong opponents, he'd seen how they were in the current ranking in their organizations. Feeling Carrot squirm and Tatsu frowned a bit. "Aww I wanted to play a bit more, but I'd hate to keep a lady waiting." jested twirling his scythe until it transformed into a gun then disappeared all together. His arm reverted back to its normal pale shade and with that Tatsu flicked a crow's feather toward the two letting it land in front of Tsukiko, then disappeared with the young girl on his shoulder. Though he had left he still allowed his crows to hurdle down toward the two until they disappeared, letting them know Tatsu was still toying with them though he had already left not leaving a trace of where they were headed. As Tsukiko staged her attack, the Crow had a trick up his sleeve. She felt the bullets hit her stomach as he rapidly shot at her, but they didn't hurt, or cause any damage at all. Landing, Tsukiko gave a slight sigh, but turned back to Crow, ready for his next attack, that was, until Carrot spoke up. "Don't?" she repeated to herself in slight confusion. He was just going to stop attacking? It wasn't long before the two dispersed, with Crow leaving his birds to play. Tsukiko shot at the ones coming towards her, until they were all gone. Narrowing her eyes, Tsukiko looked down at her torso. She began to pluck out the bullets effortlessly, sighing each and every time. Every bullet she took out reminded her once more that she wasn't human, and under all of this fake skin, was metal. Her pain tolerance was immense, but it mad her stick out in certain situations. Shaking the thought from her head, Tsukiko detached from Neo, looking down at her wolf.
Tsukiko motioned for him to follow her, but stopped and looked at the Phoenix. "You're free to return to La Roux if you so desire." she said blanky;coldly. Tsukiko then began to walk away, leaving silently towards the Riverside. [Exit]

Ixio was able to infiltrate the the city unnoticed, He made his way around jumping from rooftop to rooftop. he stopped to survey the area. This Ixio or as he is known as Aklar, was much more detailed when it came to getting the job done. He pondered to himself aloud. If I were a weak spot in the defense of a kingdom were would i be? He scanned the entire area when an important looking building caught his eye and he went to investigate.
