Hyde jiggled the key the landlady had given him inside of the lock for a moment, unlocking the door to his dorm. He then shouldered his way past the door, since he had a lot of bags in hand. The blonde haired teen would then ommediately go to the bed on the left and set his things on it. However, as he did so something caught his eye. It was a box labeled 'To Hyden Alexander'. Upon opening it, Hyden found a syringe labeled Gene X. So this is what that Gamble character was talking about... without further ado, the young teen injected himself with the serum, just curious as to what powers he would inherit from injecting such a powerful serum.

☽Yue ☾   Yue poked his head in and looked around. He saw the young man and walked passed him shutting the door. His head was held high, but truth was he was super nervous.he sighed siliently as he sat down on the bed and began unpacking. Trust me mate, you don't want to see that." As soon as The blonde haired teen finished injecting the Gene X into his veins, he heard the door open. Looking over with the needle still in his arm, he noticed a stark white haired giant enter the room, his hair dragging o the floor. Along with that, his head was nearly touching the ceiling. His head was held high and proud like a shoguns, but from his stride it told Hyde he was rather nervous. To tell the truth, the young Brit was rather nervous too. Hyde pulled the needle out of his arm and realized that it looked like he was probably shooting up Heroin or some other drug. " 'Ello there, I'm Hyde. And I assure you, this is the Gene X that seems to be popular around here, not any type of narcotic. He said with a chuckle before getting off of his bed and walking over to the large man, extending his black jacketed arm, white gloved hand out and forward in an attempt for a handshake. ♦••••♦••••♦••••♦••••♦

☽Yue ☾ After about an hour of waiting after he let go of the mans hand, he sat down at the desk and noticed a box on it. He saw it was addressed to him. He opened it and stared at the syringe, He read over the little note that came in it and nodded a bit. Very reluctantly he stuck it in his shoulder and pushed the substance in. ☽Yue ☾ He grabbed his head as the side effects began to kick in. As he was speaking his voice disappeared with the wind. He frowned alittle as well when the sounds around him became dull. He sighed slightly and stared at the mirror. His sight had also gone very fuzzy, and all he could see was his silver hair. He frowned alittle and took a pair of scissors, cutting it so that it wasn't hanging on the floor. He had cut a good foot of it off. Meaning that it was now reaching the back of his ankles. He took the time to put it up in a high pony tail, letting his fringe fall in front of his face. As he did so, he realized that while he had done some training, he hadn't really done all of the training that he could have done for level two. He decided to start some more training.

Hyden decided to learn the first stage of the battle axe style. Even though he only had a dulled axe, it would be better to learn now so he could fight better with it later on. He opened up the book on axes and began to read.

As Hyde read through the book, he found that training for this style was rather simple. All it required was fruit, and a battle axe. He would need to toss the fruit up in the air and slice it as it fell.

Hyden got up and walked to his refridgerator, in search of some type of round fruit. He found an orange, a cantelope, a grapefruit, and a strip of meat. He grabbed the strip of meat and tossed it to the T-Rex, who snapped the meat out the air giddily.

Hyde pulled out his battle axe, and balanced the fruit on the end. It took him a few times to get this right, as the fruit kept rolling off the axe. Once he managed to balance it, he tossed the fruit into the air.

after tossing the grapefruit into the air, he slashed at it. He missed, but barely by inches. The second time he attempted it however, he chopped the grapefruit clean in half.

Twice in a row means it wasn't luck. he thought to himself as he readied the cantelope on the axe. He tossed it in the air and cut it clean in half once more. The teen nodded to himself, pleased with his training progressing so quickly.

Hyde looked at the book on the skills he needed to learn. Flipping it to the first stage skills, he found one rather quickly. It was called axe block.

Axe block was a simple principle. All it required was the user to use the axe head to block attacks. The pole of the battle axe could also be used.

Hyde thought to himself for a moment, as he realized he had no real way to practice blocking attacks. He decided he would just have to practice the principle. He imagined a projectile coming his way, and his hands down the axe haft and brought the axe head in the way of the imaginary projectile.

Hyde smiled, surprised at how easy it was to learn axe skills. Certainly more easy than the dual sword style. He opened his book to see what other skills there were to learn.

The next skill he had to learn was a rather simple skill as well. It was called ground heave. Although it was simple, it did have it's uses for keeping an enemy at a distance.

Hyde brought the axe above his head before slamming it against the ground. The result was a small tremble in the ground. This would keep an enemy from getting too close to him, as they would probably fall if they tried getting too close to him.

Why was the axe style so easy to learn? Perhaps the Hyde was allowing him to learn at a faster pace? whatever the case may be, he needed to learn the rest of this style.

Hyde read through the stage one part of the two handed book, and found another skill that could be useful. it was called pole arm. Basically, all he would do was stab at the opponent with the opposite end of his axe.

Hyde didn't even consider this a skill, but he decided he may as well use it. He thrust the pole at the couch, and was surprised at the power of the thrust. It went straight through the couch and embedded itself in the wall.
