Ok guys, with the guild's birthday coming about we must make some changes. The homepage was the start which has already been address. Once we get a new homepage we should get different banners. I believe we need to update our rules, to have more announcements, make a list of crew guidelines for things the rules don't address, and formally have each crew member will volunteer for different functions in the guild. A reason for the guide lines is odd stuff that happens, like declining any chewie that pops up. The idea behind the functions would be if someone volunteered to be given the announcements, you would tell that person something you needed in the announcement. These functions will come with cool titles too. They would put what all the crew members needed in the announcement and make it work. There are several things we could do this with.
What do ya'll think? Are there any changes ya'll would like to see?

I think all these changes need to occur. As this ministry grows and evolves and changes, bringing in new flavors and personalities we must adjust to meet their needs.
Having this guidelines in place will ensure better coverage over all the posts for our crew. It will also weed out those who fall behind on posts or just have to take a break. Those crew members can then be cycled out for a more active member in the guild with a willingness to be a part of.
I know I myself have not been as active as a I could have been and I request I be taken down a crew member myself.

Agreed. Now where do we start? Also I like the Guild clean up/organization.
