Secretive, controlling and manipulative, Dr. Fell only likes sharing interesting 'facts' when it'll set his company on edge. He keeps a cool and friendly facade, but you can tell by the look in his eye he is measuring you up for good Parts.

A Brilliant mad scientist, he has a good reputation in amongst his colleges for gadgetry and surgery, especially in the field of Patchwork Chimeras, as seen by his most recent creations, Frederik and Christof. He sent his younger creation to Amity as part of an extensive experiment that will come to light upon the Igor's graduation, and has decided to move closer to the school for that event.

He is also obsessive about Mold and Infections and Contamination. His own hand-sanitizer concoctions are never far from his pockets.



Job/Business: The Vulture's Nest - Antiques, & Oddities:
Retail - similar to Obscura from Discovery Channel's show "Oddities", only Halloween Style with that creepy antique shop vibe. It can be assumed any old mad scientific gear and weapons of mass destruction are purely for decoration. Hopefully. Periodically, he holds auctions.

Personal History: The Long Version. Short version: He once was in the employ of a brilliant mad scientist reaper. After killing him and recycling his Best Parts, he now owns his now ex-partner's estate and has moved onto his own personal projects. Christof, he feels, is his most ambitious creation.

FEAR Ability: swift strikes - Shadow Blades: Somewhere between a talon and a scalpel but all shadow, he strikes out with a slash!

Eye Colour: Yellow
Hair Colour/Style: Black, oiled back.
Skin Colour: White
Clothing Style/Colours: Black, shadowy robes that shift like folded wings and sometimes creep up his arms- his natural form leaking through, smart and victorian, sometimes with labcoat otherwise.
Extra: Shadow-wings/cloak, and small curved horns at his hairline.

If I could swap his Nat ability for being able to shape-shift into his demon-vulture form (or just say flight IDK he's not terribly magical) and just have the other thing as an RP-peppering thing/power/whatever would that be cool? biggrin It would be super limited and usually only effect his people and plots associated. (See Christof's Tongue) Unless someone really did want to trade a hand for that antique clock he's selling he wouldn't say no but it wouldn't really be a contract XD

His business in Halloween Town is an outright antiques/pawn shop, just a high brow one, not just like body parts, he just might supply some rare ones he came across now and then through however reasons. (I imagine there are businesses out there already he will often go to for supplies for his personal projects.) Using magic items and stuff for that sort of side of him works just fine tho.
