Multivitamins are easier for me to take since I'm not a big fan of pills.
No idea if my body absorbs it or not xD .. I'm not sure how it works :<
I'm always missing something in my system @ - @ ..sometimes I doubt
it's just iron. OH! But I do take Vitamin C alone sometimes sweatdrop

I dunno.. but does B-12 prevent appetite or appetite loss? @ - @


It prevents appetite (i spelled it appetot) loss usually associated with fatigue and depression and stuff.
