His mouth was left into hanging open as if to reply once Gauvain spoke but it clamped shut as the figure seemed to disappear completely. Lexiel worked in wonder, turning his head curiously as the boy was content with running around madly. "You... too?" He let slip from his lips, noticing he was already gone and on his way. Wonder what drug that is. Lexiel mused to himself, flicking a few crumbs in the way of Andreas, just to tease him without words.
Warmth had filled his belly as the tea had settled and he stood, stretching his body out. "This has been exciting and all, but tired bones need faithful rest." He commented to anyone with ears in the room. Tripping out from his chair he started a half-asleep walk towards the entry to the dormitory areas. In his state he managed to go through lightly touching every single person he passed as he went.
Bizarre action, maybe, but as he walked the stairs in his tired state, his bright eyes were seen, calculating the number of people he'd passed. He could guess to their faction naturally, but not of purpose or personality. "Interesting." He whispered, waving a goodbye to the room and to those he'd personally talked to before disappearing to a well deserved sleep.

"Hello Zale." Amias was almost embarrassed for being discovered, but the glance he offered his friend was as pleasant as he could manage. "It has been quite a while..." He trailed off as he lowered his gaze to watch his toes hovering above the ground. The baltoy became silent as he puzzled over their predicament. What was this task Faust had for them that would require so much endurance? It seemed urgent, maybe... Amias was tugged from his thoughtful state when he remembered he was in the presence of a friend whose alliance would doubtlessly prove critical in the events to come. Maybe it would be a good idea to... communicate.
After the painfully long pause, Amias returned his attention to Zale without realizing the appropriate time to continue the conversation was long gone. "...have you been well?"
Jaime made a mental note of the fox's name as he nodded enthusiastically. "Ah, I see... Think what over? I mean, how am I supposed to decide whether or not I want to help when they don't even tell us exactly what's going on?" The pidgey let out a quiet laugh and briefly rolled his shoulders as if to dismiss the question. "Ah well, the details don't matter to me. My life could do with a bit more excitement. I still wonder what they have planned for us, though."
The bird looked over the ninetail's face with an expectant grin. "Well, whatta 'bout you? Think you're gunna tackle whatever obstacle they've set up for us?"

He felt the other thinking, mentally nodding in approval. No doubt Amias was considering what would come to happen to their group soon. Good. He disliked the type that just allowed things to happen, never putting forth thought and considering the possibilities, or even thinking longer than a second. Basically, he disliked people like Isaac, those who just threw themselves forward without a second thought and barely took time to analyze the information around them. Perhaps this was why Amias was one of two people he even came near anymore?
The silence was welcomed, though when the other broke it he didn't twitch. He didn't mind, though the question caused his heart to pause, briefly, and then pump harder than before. How had he been? Tortured. Unable to release the tension sliding through his veins and invading his thoughts. Unable to return to that trembling child he had once been, or regain the childhood he had snatched prematurely from him. However, he was older now and accepted this fate. It simply took time to accustom to.
"I have been fair. What of you? Have you been well, Amias?" Yellow eyes flicked to view the other, briefly, before they focused ahead.
The idol shrugged, many tails twitching side to side as his ears lowered, like a dogs, pressing against the side of his head. A sulk crossed his features, pursing his lips in thought. Iceberg had a point, after all. Being thrust into a situation where no one knew what was to come was nerving. However, Vincent was fine with it. It meant excitement, like the other had mentioned, and it meant a life without the lights and flickering and screams. Don't get him wrong, he lived for that attention... but right now he wanted genuine company. He wanted something to hold onto. Still, he also wanted attention. He wanted love, he wanted to be given a chance to have friends, he wanted eyes only on him. He wasn't used to company, he was a selfish character simply because for the longest time he only had himself.
"I'll do it. I don't see why not? I mean, my clothes may get dirty, ew, and I may need to make a whole new outfit, but in the end I don't see why not."

"Yes." Amias gave a sage nod as they continued on with their 'small talk.' He hadn't been ill since the last time they met, so the response was honesty at its finest, but Amias still failed to see why these pointless details were so necessary to review when casually greeting an ally. "Are you prepared?" The baltoy asked, referring to the tasks they were summoned for. "It'd be best if we left as soon as possible."
Jaime brightened with Vincent's response. "That's good news! You can trudge along with me, If you want to." The jolly bird chuckled, slapping a hand against the ninetail's back as if declaring their friendship. "And by the sound of it, getting a bit of dirt on your outfit will be the least of your worries! Unless they're just being over dramatic about the whole situation." Jaime gave a casual shrug. "It wouldn't surprise me. Maybe this journey of 'mental and emotional, and physical endurance' involves bounding across a room of rainbow cushions and harmless jigglypuff."
The pidgey lept to his feet and offered Vincent his hand. "I guess we'll never find out unless we get started. Let's go!"[Exit]
