"No Bullshit" Contract
In order to curb the excess amounts of issues and disputes caused by the intensity and drive of competitors, the management of Warped Wrestling Productions (WWP) has written this document. All personnel are required to read through and agree to the terms of this contract before they can compete.
Purpose
The purpose of this contract is to cause a significant decrease in public disputes among competitors, as well as between competitors and administrative staff within WWP. This ensures a happy and healthy working environment, as well as continued longevity in the product.
Terms
These are the conditions set forward for this contract:
1) That no competitor shall place another on their ignore list, unless they can provide evidence that links to harassment. Enforcement of this investigation is done by the Owner alone.
2) That crew members are required to be free from bias. That being the case, the following provisions must be followed by all crew members:
a) No crew member is permitted from editing, moving or deleting any posts or match/promo threads without permission from the owner of WWP or the participant who posted. The only exception is when a card ends.
b) Decisions on matches that have no definitive winner will be reviewed by all crew members. A decision will be based on content as well as match flow.
c) Crew members involved in matches with no definitive winner are barred from official review.
d) Anyone who is invited to be a part of the crew of WWP must sign another document binding them to a strict set of rules.
3) If a dispute should occur between two people, it is left out of public light and kept between the two. Disputes involving the outcome of matches will be resolved by the owner of WWP. Any disputes that are made public will be dealt with by crew members, which will include deletion and a reprimand for the person who posted.
4) If a personal dispute is made public, prior to deletion, a formal investigation will take place. This investigation is to determine every factor in the dispute. Such an investigation will also determine a proper course of action, whether that is dismissing the case, or formal punishment.
Punishment
Anyone caught violating this contract will fall under different tiers of punishment:
1) A message from management
2) Dismissed from a card
3) Dismissed from a PPV
4) Temporary expulsion from WWP
5) Banned from WWP
Agreement Clause
By signing this contract, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by WWP Management, and accept the penalties for violating these terms. The following must be stated in order for the signing to be official:
I, (Insert Name), do hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth by WWP Management. I acknowledge the penalties for violating these terms, and will abide by them in order to make WWP a better wrestling environment. By signing my name, I officially make my declaration to end public disputes.
