Why would you make a "no bloodline bloodline"? The idea is completely silly. If you want the benefits of a bloodline or clan choose/make a bloodline and clan. If someone doesnt want a bl/clan why give them one? It just seems backwards to me...

If you dont want to need a traumatic event to activate abilities then put that in the bloodline when you make it.

Professions also make the gap smaller, though only slightly since anyone can get em.

Honestly it seems to me not having a bloodline or clan could be enough of a weakness for a good talent anyways, at least good enough to put you on equal footing with the bl/clans. Although your milage may vary, and Hinote may not agree on this point.
