Land of WhirlpoolsThe Land of Whirlpools is where the Uzumaki clan originates from. It no longer existed until Ayperos rebuilt it nearly 8 years ago, having been destroyed and the rest of the survivors scattered across the world. The surname Uzumaki was very common in this country. It is located on an island off of the coast of the Land of Fire. Several great whirlpools lie off of the coast of the Land of Whirlpools, which prevented the passage of great numbers to the island. In the past, the Water Prison Technique was used to protect travelers through the whirlpools. The Uzushio Bridge was created by Ayperos to make it easier for refugees to get the restored village of Uzushiogakure. Today, this bridge is a transportation route for anyone on their way too or away from Land of Whirlpools.
