It really depends on the person, to me, not much can upset me, or at least not much that I know of, I've studied a little bit of Psychology so i kind of know how to control myself and I know why most people bully others. So if you try to bully me it most likely won't work. What do you think?

That's really hard to say for sure. But, this is my opinion:
The worst thing a person can do would be to convince the victim of their doubts, fears, and worth. Leading to self destruction from even minor traumatic experiences can do deeper damage on a subconscious level. Then, you start believing it and that can lead to messing up a person on all levels. Emotionally, you couldn't trust and you could become depressed. Physically, you could self-harm (God forbid) or even resort to harming others. Verbally, you could hurt yourself and others around you, repeating negative mantras that are self destructive. Mentally, you could convince yourself of an image that you could never reach, or even develop some mental illnesses that could effect you physically such as eating disorders or worse. Spiritually, you would be broken and in an endless cycle of feeling incomplete or that no one or no thing can help you.
The worst you can do to bully a person, would have to be convincing self destruction, which is what most bullying causes today.
