Finally got my dream car back in march last year, Ive done a lot to it modifying it the way i wanted it. I have a lot of pictures so Ill post a lot to see the progress of what I have done to it... enjoy!!

Well first off I paid $1900 for this down in Kentucky(where I am currently living now) It's a 1991 Ford Escort GT. Very rare in comes with the Mazda 1.8l DOHC engine. almost double the horse of the lx that came with the 1.9l sohc engine.

Mind you this car only had 80,000 miles on it when I bought it. Of course its a 5spd. An automatic car is disgusting in my eyes lol and it has zero rust, its gorgeous and the calor has really grown on me, It's the very rare CAYMAN edition blue.

Bought the new style ZXE sylvania halogen headlight bulbs, they were awesome at first but dimmed out after a month.

Well after a month of owning the car I had already lowered it on lower springs about 2"s and I had to put the front plate on as I got pulled over for it (Kentucky doesnt require a front plate) and I used an awesome product called plastidip which is a rubber spray in a can you can peel off if ever you dont like it anymore.

Rims/back piece of car were done plastidip.

I also used the plastidip on my headlights to make eyelids which I will tell you shortly made a big difference in a future mod.

I also put an exhaust on it, Full size truck exhaust to be exact lol it was straight piped but it now has a magnaflow resonator and muffler (no catalytic converter) oh did I tell you I do not have to have my car pass any kinda of vehicle maintenance inspections EVER biggrin

Mine and my buddies here, his is turbo'd and pushing over 300hp in a car this size. thats crazy fast and his car is ran on e85 so it smells like corn driving behind him haha I still plan to switch to e85 especially when I turbo it over the summer.

I had plastidipped my hood for fun and out of bordem ha I have since peeled that off.

Had an issue a few weeks ago so i tore my motor apart and swapped out/replaced and cleaned a lot of things. Heres my injectors after I pulled them to clean them up and replaced all the seals.

HIDs here smile I had upgraded my headlights to 6000k HIDs and got some cheapo amazon yellow 2500k fog lights.

My new motor appropriate Valve Cover that I got, cleaned up and painted and polished the letters. Can't wait to get this on!!

Cleaned her up with a nice bath smile painted my trim black as you can see in the picture and I also painted my rims a nice charcoal along with the calipers getting painted the same color as the new valve cover, turned out very good.

Kentucky plate!!! Just did this last week. VHT nightshades spray just tinted them out a bit, the camera makes them look darker than they really are.

Ive had a back caliper shot since I got the car and here are the brake pads I should have changed 14k miles ago!

Theres a lot more I havent gotten into with the car but still a lot of plans for the future of this car. I plan on fully building a motor and pushing a solid 400hp to the wheels, Should be a solid 10 or 11 second car in the 1/4 mile.
