In one of the highest floors of the school, there is the history class room. If the students manage to climb up all those stairs in time, they will see this dusty room filled with weird lenses.
The special function of this room is strange. By projecting the light of the moon or the sun through the lenses and towards an empty wall, a new door will appear.
Behind that door lies a a time portal.
That indeed means that the history will come back to life in this room. After a tiny bit of theory and info about the today's class, the students are often on a "field trip" through the portal, to witness the historical events with their own eyes.
Depending on the student, the history teacher - Vladimir von Kleist, the leader of the Necro branch - might give them various missions that even might include some real action. Do not worry, though. Even if you get sent to stand in the middle of a war, or to listen to Mozart's first masterpiece, or then to spar with your best friend in the beautiful scenery of the Ancient China, you always have a panic button with you which will take you back to the school in a split second.
When the classroom is empty, the door is rarely locked. The students can slip in and spend time here, if they really want to. Be careful not the caught, kids.
