I woke up this morning, after starting a topic the previous night that was supposed to start a discussion about the guild leadership, only to see (after double checking like 5 times) that there was a crown beside the name of this guild in my guild page. I'm not complaining, like that's cool, but it was not exactly what I expected. Are we like okay with that?
Well, Since I'm here, let's pitch some ideas to assist with the running aspect of things.
MS lin had some great ideas from the recent event, and I'm thinking they would be pretty cool. - Regular checkups to see how everyone's doing - Small meetings every once in a while to discuss ideas.
I'm thinking that maybe we could also try a few things to help out - Regular cap and crew meetings would be cool - Maybe an archive forum to keep old threads for future reference
Let's here some feedback. I love that stuff. That stuff is great.
(Let's hope I do good with this promotion)

Enjoy the marginal increase in power and responsibility that won't make a lick of difference in how much respect we give to you.
Okay, good luck on the organization of that. : )
I did have a synopsis going but kinda abandoned it a while back. Maybe I'll just add to that.

Buddy, you were probably one of the only members here that actually gave a damn about this guild and did everything they could to keep things going nice and smoothly. Sure, you can be a bit of a scary/demanding douche bag sometimes. But tell me...who hasn't been one from time to time? (I know I've been one.) You're not perfect. We're not expecting you to be perfect. You have flaws. And that's what makes you approachable and HUMAN. But we do acknowledge you as a responsible person, a helpful friend, and a fitting leader. And I'm completely sure you were always viewed like a substitute Captain way before this day. If you aren't sure about how you should manage things, ask. That's what VCs and Cms are here for. Anyways, let's skip the informalities and end my profanity... Congratulations on your promotion, Captain.
If ya got it, then ya deserve it. Don't fret. Nuff said.

And it seems I'm not the only one rocking a promotion. Congrats to you.
