[Cert] Percy's Diary is a sparce affair. She rarely writes in it... In fact, in her hurry to leave home, she forgot it.
But Zachary's logbook is alive with notes about his sister. The little black book is full of notations and anecdotes. Sometimes, he lets Percy write in it. His handwriting is cursive, but a bit messy. Hers is in print, large with very straight edges.

Meta name: Percy Species: Fallen Gender: Female Item: Sparrow Stage: Teen Personality: Percy is a bold young fallen. She seems shy, polite, and reserved, but that is only when she is encountering someone she has never met before.
Once you get to know her, you realize she is a real spitfire underneath all of that wrapping. She likes to test her limits and show off, often to the worry of those who care about her. She doesn't understand why they worry, to be honest. She would never try anything if she wasn't sure she could do it. And, though she is pushing herself, she is always certain of that extra mile. In short, she is a strong young woman, sure of herself and willing to explore all of the possibilities; willing to speak her mind and make herself heard. Among friends, she tends to be a dominant, leaderly personality.
To those that really know her, like really truly know her, like Angry and (to an extent) Zachary, there is a soft core of vulnerability. She constantly pushes outward to escape this gooey center. Angry is only too happy to help, goading on her inner boldness to try to make her a more complete firey lady... which is funny since she has an affinity for Air.
Her main resistance to Angry's goading has been her desire to be a 'good girl' and not make trouble... but since her parents tried to kick her out, this desire has been receding. She is still polite on occasion out of habit... but she is starting to pick up words that a younger her would not have used.
So. Here is the question. Can a Fallen Angel fall again?
Malice Name: Angry Malice Item: Vengeful Soul Malice Personality: Angry has no idea who they were before. They don't even know their gender. They don't care. Angry knows that he/she is angry, and Angry also knows that killing is awesome. One thing holds them back, though. Angry needs a reason. Without a reason, it just doesn't feel right.
He doesn't mind Percy. She used to be annoying, always forgiving people... but nowadays she listens to him more. He's happy about that. He always thought that the girl needed a damn backbone. And besides she has that brother, Zachary. Angry likes this because it gives him a whole host of excellent and PERFECTLY REASONABLE reasons to kill people. Word of Advice- don't mess with Zachary. Hence why he is a little reluctant to kill her, or take control of her. How he plans to take over is to assimilate her into himself- making her so much like him that they essentially become the same person. He believes that he has the boldness and ability to take action that she needs, and she has the CAUSE that he craves.
Angry is a very shouty man/woman/god only knows. He has a temper and likes to taunt people into fights. Oddly, most of his victims walk away alive. Sometimes he just doesn't care about killing them completely... just a good deal. He doesn't feel he has a reason to do so... and if he keeps them alive, he can whale on them again and eventually they will GIVE him a reason he likes.
But if he really, honestly, wanted to kill you, he would. And if he had no reason and wanted to kill you on a whim... he'd find a reason, even a slight one. And he would come after you.
In short, Angry is a killer that has a pathological need to rationalize his killing. If he can't do it, he either strives to do so, or gives up and is frustrated about it. His host and her brother provide him with a greater pool of rationales to use towards this end.
Zachary Daniel Archibald MacGregor is a ten-year-old human boy. He has always been too smart for his own good. His wealthy parents hope that he will become a doctor. For now, it seems that he is more of a writer than a medical practicioner at heart. He has a rich imagination, and loves to read. He is also a bit of a pushover when it comes to his sister, Percy, who he adores. She used to take him flying, and tell him stories. And she was very good at getting bullies off of his back at school. (Those bullies lived only because it was Percy doing it at her Malice's insistence.) He had always thought of her as someone to look up to... until she ran away from home with him, covered in blood. There was some delayed comprehension, but he had some sense of what she did. She had gotten upset... and had hurt his parents. He figures she must have had a reason for flying off the handle, and has noticed that she hasn't seemed quite right ever since. He thinks she's sick... and wants to help her.

Active Powers
L5 / Windstorm- Wind Element Ability
(Percy can control the winds with her wings instinctively) Percy can control air. This includes local windflow around her, or in the general area, and the direction of wind in a local weather system (windwaker style). She can concentrate wind force to push people or to form a shield of swirling wind around herself.
L5/ Windlash- Wind Element Attack
(Percy can also use wind aggressively) Percy can concentrate wind energy into a scythe-like slash of wind.
L5 / Vines of Wrath- Thorned Vine summoning ability- binds and damages enemies
(Angry Power: Angry likes to make his prey pay, and likes to hold them there while he does so) Angry (and Percy) can summon a mess of dark, gnarly vines that wrap around and bind enemies. The vines always have tiny thorns, great for gripping. At the command of either of them, the vines can grow longer thorns, dealing damage as well as gripping. They hold on until the enemy escapes, until they decide to disengage them, or until they are destroyed. They are weak to fire and cannot be used while flying- Percy/Angry must be touching the ground.
L5 / Superior Mobility- Aerial Evasion/Acrobatics power
(As a bird, Percy is exquisitely adapted to flying. Percy is able to fly, and has always been able to fly even when other metas her age were not able to do so. She is an agile flyer and will dip and twist and dance in the air. She is able to dodge very easily while flying, and is likely to dodge attacks entirely or weave around and combo-hit enemies.
L4/ Retribution- Boosts Abilities if Opponent has personally wronged Percy, Angry, or Zachary
(Angry Power: Vengeance drives Angry, and he will not forgive slights... in fact they boost him) Percy/Angry's powers (especially offensive abilities) increase by one level in potency if the opponent has personally wronged Percy, Angry, Zachary, or anybody else that they will consider to trigger it.
Race Powers Blood Favor- Drink Blood to Replenish Health
Summon Dark Artifact- Summon an artifact that increases the power of all abilities -Thorned Feather- a single brown feather whose central rib appears to be covered with rose thorns
Wonderland syndrome- Able to walk on any surface

L0 / Talk to Birds- Bird communication power (Percy can talk to Birds) L0 / Favorable Winds- Luck-effecting ability (X extra dice, remove X lowest rolls) L0 / Featherfall- Can control how fast someone falls (will eventually allow rising or floating, but acts as featherfall) L0 / Sing- Singing power (Distraction power?)
Future Power Plotting
Resistances Gas or spore attacks: She can control air and wind, so gasses and spore attacks are blown away from her Earth Based attacks (that aren't projectiles): she just flies. Ground based attacks find it hard to hit her.
Weakness Wind/Air element attacks: Percy controls the air element, but that makes her especially vulnerable to other Air-element users. Plant based attacks: Perhaps its because Sparrows roost, but plant-effecting/involving attacks are fairly potent.
Percy was adopted by the MacGregors when she was little. They were a wealthy family, and decided they could handle a child. She was, however, troublesome. She seemed polite, but sometimes she would just snap and start ordering other kids around! They didn't have the heart to crack down on this behavior, however, until reports of her getting into fights started reaching them. That was when they pulled her out of school and began home-schooling her. They had a son, later, named Zachary, and her behavior improved when they gave her responsibilities pertaining to him. The two were close,, and they worried that she would influence him negatively. So they decided to send her back.
She snapped then.
That night, she told her brother to pack his things. She went upstairs and started to torture her 'parents', summoning thorned vines to bind them and hitting them repeatedly with heavy objects until they lost conciousness. She called an ambulance and left with her brother. They have since been living near Meta Academy in a little hovel she plans on buying with the money she stole from her 'parents'.
Since that night, she has felt like something is missing. Something is. A fragment of her soul was lost that night...
And boy does Angry feel good. In his past life, though he doesn't remember, he was an angel of vengeance, fighting for a cause. Corrupted by the war, he became a ravaging killer... but he still needs a reason. In his time in Percy's body, he has been continually frustrated by her lack of AVENGING herself. Finally, he has succeeded. She didn't kill them, but baby steps. The fact that she beat them to an inch of their life is good enough for him. Its a ********' improvement.
I was woken up early this morning- around 1am- by Percy. She was acting in that strange way she has sometimes. I know this is her journal, and I promise, Percy- I have not read further than I needed to to find a clean page. I am noting down what I know in case she suffers memory loss. She woke me up, and apparently went to the hospital. I immediately went there to find her being rushed in by paramedics with grave and bleeding injuries. It seems she sustained severe cuts to her back, near her wings and her arms. I've watched some murder mysteries and they look like Axe wounds. They won't let me in to see her yet, but it's been a while and nobody has told me if theres bad news, so I suppose that's good. Ironically, I think my parents are in this hospital. I'm tempted to visit them. Perhaps I will.

They were not awake and I did not want to wake them, though I fear I may have attracted too much attention. Percy wouldn't like that much. I am thinking about contacting the Meta Academy to take us in. I had thought Percy could take care of herself but what with the news of murders in town, and the fact that my sister went out and came back a few steps from death, I think it would be a good idea. She isn't going to like it.
I woke up and I saw my journal sitting here. I... got injured? That would explain the fact that I'm in a hospital room and why everything hurts. What happened? How did I get here? I'm so tired and it hurts. The nurse gave me pain medication... I'm so tired... Why don't I remember?
I must have fallen asleep. I was woken by a nurse who gave me breakfast and asked me who my parents were. considering that they are upstairs and injured, and that I've heard things about state care, I lied and told them that we were from Meta Academy. She looked at me funny. I guess I don't look like a Meta. I lied again. I told her I was a ghost meta and that my item was a porcelain statue of a baby boy and why thank you, I was very happy for my human appearance. I gave her a sweet smile. I don't think she wanted to ask any more questions after that, and I think the academy has been called. I'm worried about what will happen when they get here... Will they let me in? It seems that while I was asleep, Percy wrote something so that, at least, is good. She woke up. She's sleeping now. I don't know what I'd do without her.
Percy woke up again and wrote when I was away. But it sounds so strange. Well maybe I'll find out what the strangeness is at the Academy. For now, I'm waiting. It's morning now. Light is streaming through the window. What will this new day bring, I wonder?
Well. I'll have to see. Even if it turns out bad for Percy, I'll always be there for her.
