Enrollement Someone had clearly given the Acceptance Bin something they weren't supposed to. By the time the clean up gnomes arrived on the scene the Bin had managed to sprout several heads and was abusing them by inhaling any and all enrollment forms it could find.
And then the heads fell off and the Bin was put in time out.

✚ GENERAL INFORMATION ☆┇ Skald☆┇ Male☆┇ born November 16th☆┇ Mid teens☆┇ Year 1☆┇ 5'10"☆┇ Red eyes, with a slight hint of orange ( glowing ). His sclera are black.☆┇ Short, shaggy hair; orange/yellow with black bands. ☆┇ Average skin. However, his arms and legs turn black. ☆┇ He has serrated teeth, horns, and tail. Markings on tail and horns glow.☆┇ Monster/Hydra☆┇ Indifferent - Skald could care less about what goes on around him. If he by chance does show some interest, its more than likely because he is directly involved, or it is something that will affect him in the long run. If not? Well, it doesn't really matter then, does it?
Unmotivated - If something is bothering him, or he needs something done, Skald will more than likely bark orders at people. However, he will do absolutely nothing to enforce those commands. He is a lazy b*****d that could not motivate himself to do anything that might become a chore. Not if it can be avoided anyways.
Straight Forward - Being friends with Skald means growing a thick skin. He will not hide how he truly feels about someone. Not even to be considerate. If he thinks you are a complete and utter moron, he will say it to your face.
High Tolerance - Despite his shitty attitude, Skald has a high tolerance towards other people and how they act. For example, he's quite used to having Felix hang off of his shoulders, as well as Haze's lack of intelligence. In fact, the worst that is likely to happen is that you are going to get insulted, as it is a rare thing to see Skald truly pissed off.
Protective - Though he will not openly admit it, Skald is rather protective of his friends. Where they are concerned is probably the only times he'll go out of his way to see things through and likely the only time he will willingly put his life on the line.☆┇ Other Things to Know
hydrahydraQuirk - Skald has strange reaction to the scent of pumpkin spice. If he is exposed to large amounts for long periods of time, he will begin to act strange. In short he gets wired, is twitchy, and his words begin to slur. Despite this, he surrounds himself with pets of a similar scent.☆┇ Family

✚ ABILITIESFEARY1: Type - Tainted Fangs °Acid Veins - Skald will bite his opponent in order to inject them with a
venom. If he is successful and the venom passes into their blood stream, the
victim will then feel immense pain. Almost as if their veins are filled with
acid. This will last for however long it takes the effects to wear off. Natural AbilitiesMultiple Head Regeneration - Skald's head, if lopped off, is able to
regrow back with double the amount. His neck(s) will also lengthen during
this time. This, however, is a very temp thing ( will end by the time a battle
is over ) and any extra heads he had at the time, will then dissipate, while
his neck(s) shorten, leaving him only with only the original.  Natural Form
Skald's natural form is basically a large, single headed, aquatic type dragon
that is orange/yellow and black in colour ( coloured parts glow ). The
only time he has multiple heads is when he is in combat and had his head severed.
