Why does your rabbit want to switch over?:
He's sort of a dim little creature who has always wanted to go on an adventure and thirsts to join raids when he's older. He always hears stories from other rabbits and even from his own father (who is distantly related to farm rabbits and has old family stories in his repertoire). If approached by a hlessi and offered the chance to leave he would probably take it since the warren is so crowded anyway. He loves his parents and doesn't hold any ill will toward WD, but is a foolish little youngster who would be easily swayed.
Would you be opposed to being a part of a group being lead out of Watership all at once? (Know that this might increase the rate of an Owsla encounter) Not at all!
Are you looking to encounter an Owsla for rp/plot reasons? Not really!
Is your rabbit in need of convincing or are they all ready to get the hell outta Dodge away from Watership? He'd listen to whatever convincing the hlessi have to offer but would most likely agree quickly and leave with them.
