 A quest for the existence of Penelope, Dust of the Peacock Feather.

Nicknames: Pen or Penny.
Dust Essence: Peacock Feather.
Gender: Female
Powers: Peacocks are seen as soothing, majestic-like creatures. As such, it would be preferred if Penelope would have a good mix of Support and Healing powers. This is the section I'll need most help with. Since a peacock is a bird, one of her Support abilities could have something to do with increasing an ally's speed and agility, maybe even restoring said attributes to a normal level if decreased during battle. A Healing ability could have something to do with Penelope's overall soothing quality because of her essence. I'll list some ideas below; please feel free to suggest and critique!
The Need to Fly: An ability of Support; raises the speed and/or agility of an ally.
Intimidation: Displaying her 'colors', Penelope stuns the opponent. The opponent may be too stunned to move.
Feathers[rename]: Using the soothing oils from peacock feathers, Penelope would be able to heal most minor injuries, and some major ones (burns, etc).
Feather Dance: The only real offensive attack she would have. Almost like falling petals, a buret of feathers would fly towards the enemy at a speed quick enough to cause skin damage. This could also be used as a Support move; enough feathers could be sent to surround the enemy, causing temporary blindness.
Appearance: Her hair would be a golden brown-the only normal hair color tat could be found on a peacock feather. Her hair would be down to mid-back and a little bit wavy. She'd have a bit of a side bang maybe, but that's optional.
Her eyes would be aquamarine, representing the two main colors found on the feather. Also, assuming makeup is an option, she would have a bit of eyeliner and mascara, since a peacock's eyes are normally outlined, but not to an extreme.
Though of the bigger birds, peacocks are still rather small, so she would be on the shorter side. She would also be of average build, but also maybe with a bit of a figure. Her skin is slightly tanned, as she likes being out in the sun.
As for dress, I'm having her Guardian come from Helene if possible, so her dress would be as their dress is there: well, rather dressy. It's also quite fitting because of a peacock's slightly outlandish nature; their main point of existence, besides intimidation with their colors, is also winning mates based off their colors. I'd like her dress' colors to reflect that of a peacock feather: bright greens and blues, and if possible yellows and browns. I understand the last two are very hard to incorporate with the first two, so that's up to the artist.
Distinguishing Features: I would love for her to have wings or something similar to incorporate the peacock feather. If not, a tattoo of a peacock feather would suffice. When drawing her out, do the outfit first because I'd rather her outfit be more prevalent than the feather. Actually, come to think of it, her dress could be peacock feathers if whomever creates her wishes. That would be amazing.
Personality: As a child and from the Dust Essence of a peacock feather, Penelope is very upbeat and bright. She's sharp and witty too. She's the type of person who sees or realizes something before others. However, she doesn't really have any common sense, and can get into trouble before she realizes it. She's also not much of a fighter physically. She would be better at mental warfare than anything else, though she's too kindhearted for such things. Instead, she uses her smarts for Support and Healing.
She does, however, hate being touched. Her Guardian is the only one allowed by herself to touch her, and that's only for brushing and fixing her hair and other alike things. She's not much for hugs; she doesn't like getting physical in any situation. She may be very upbeat, but it still freaks her out.
She also like everything to be in its place. That's pretty much the only reason she lets her Guardian fix her hair and do other things for her because she can't do it all herself. If a single hair gets out of place she doesn't really freak out, but she'd prefer it to stay in its place. She's a little OCD, you could say.
She's also a very picky eater, sticking strictly to fruits and vegetables. This comes from her essence, however, as peacocks aren't really meat eaters.
Traits(to summarize): Upbeat, smart, witty, analyzing, dumb common sense wise, kindhearted, OCD, doesn't like being touched, and a vegetarian.
Likes: Fruits and vegetables, learning, volunteering to help others, bright colors, beauty, order and reason, her Guardian, style, fashion, and being outdoors.
Dislikes: Being kept inside, destruction and chaos, harming others, dull colors, hugging or any other physical contact, meat, and violence.
Hobbies: Dressing up, trying different hairstyles, outdoor activities (running, hiking, walking, etc.), and learning about the world.
Anything Else: The bottle should be found in Helena, even preferably in Idia if possible. I don't have any growing ideas as of yet, but if I do I'll be sure to add them. ^^

Gender: Female
Occupation: Sort of a farmer; more of a gardener.
Description: Brownish-blonde hair down to her mid back, sea blue eyes, and of average height and weight. See here for image: From what I've read, they dress very dressy in Helena, so I'd like to be able to keep her outfit as the dress she's wearing unless it's thought better otherwise. I'm also having her work on a plantation/farm, and for that I'd like one of these outfits perhaps: one, two, three, four, five
Personality: Isabelle is very sweet, almost too nice sometimes. She's a bit youthful in personality and appearances as well, and is often mistaken to be much younger. Along with her youthfulness comes bountiful energy, and it's this energy she puts into working the field. Although not quite a farmer, Isabelle has a superior green thumb and has one of the most successful gardens amongst her neighbors. She's only successful with fruits and vegetables, however; Helena's main crop is wheat, which Isabelle has not been very successful at growing. That's why she sticks to more of a garden variety so to speak, and sells her crops to the local market in Helena. Neighbors rely on her crops as she relies on their wheat for baking and bread; she's kind-hearted after all, and never charges them for the exchange even when she gives more out then she receives in return.
She's also very helpful, and she volunteers whenever she can in the main part of the city of Helena. She mainly brings food to the poor, but also tutors younger students in her spare time. You could say she's very well-educated, as she is.
History: Isabelle was born to a middle/almost upper class family in Helena, where she still resides. Sadly, she was an only child, as her mother died of an illness only a few years after she was born. Her father and his family helped raise her, and it is from their background of farming efficiently that she has earned her green thumb abilities.
She earned the highest education a woman could receive before returning to her home. She preferred the quieter lifestyle of farming and gardening compared to the big city life, though she did come home with a new sense of style and refinement. She still felt like she was missing something in her life, though. It was very lonely living with just herself and her father.
It was when she was making her monthly trip to Idia that she discovered something that is now most precious to her. A bottle rested in a dusty corner of the normal room she worshipped in. It hadn't been there the month before, and when she asked around about it none of the priestesses seemed to know where it came from.
She took it home, and over time the bottle changed into the form of whom she now considers either a younger sister or a blessing of a daughter. Their relationship is only now forming, so it's hard for her to tell exactly how Penelope views her.
