I've been thinking.

Griffin could turn inanimate objects invisible (why he didn't turn any of his clothes invisible is beyond me). So, maybe it was him who turned the sheets invisible in the first place. Maybe it was even a way to get Chessie to leave him alone after Chessie was bothering him.

Chessie could decide to use that to his advantage, and scare Rose. It could be part of Chessie putting together his game, early in the plot. Part of Day 1 definitely. (:

Which reminds me, once we got a pretty good idea of a plot, we should start working on dividing it between 3 days. (:

Sym put on her character discription that when Chessie came out of Wonderland and found that everyone was not mad, she took it upon herself to make everyone mad.

Maybe there is no 'tipping point' for Chessie, she is just like that due to her experiences in Wonderland.

Perhaps Chessie lured everyone into the garden. eek

Man, it sounds weird to say she . . .
