Sitting down in the forest surrounding the town, Hatuibwari was humming to himself, with Absol laying next to him. Though it would be better for him to be in it's pokeball, Absol loved to be next to his partner at all times. It was a strong bond they had. Petting him on his head, Hatui then turned around looking for Marowak. Marowak loved to explore forest for some reasons, but it usually gets him lost... a lot. Do I need to go find this clumsy pokemon again..? Hatui was very bored so he then check around his bag for a book.
Finding his book, Hatuibwari took it out, and began to read. He head laid done onto the ground as Absol then scouted the area. It was pretty common for him to do that for Hatui, but it was pretty pointless to him. He'd rather not know, then know what will next. So as he sat up and laid the book on the ground, Hatui then spoke towards Absol. "Calm down buddy.. no one will come out and attack us. Besides i'm just reading my book, it's not like i'm listening to music.. so just go back to your resting.." Chuckling, Absol then nodded going back to it's original position closing its eyes. Sighing, Hatui then continues to read his book waiting for Marowak.
"Arhg! Who cares about all this trivia? It's pointless, and there's no ending to it! I'd rather talk about birth than these annoying rules."

Liz chopped several thick, dead bushes that blocked her path before putting her machete back in it's sheath. She was scouting the area to see what kind of pokemon lived near Littleroot Town. Sure there was a known database, but she preferred seeing things with her own eyes and documenting how the pokemon interacted with what was around them. Maybe after Hoenn, she'd go to Unova; it had a variable climate, land formations, and human interference. Taking a breather from her long walking and hacking at bushes, she sat on a large rock and pulled out her map to try and figure out where she was exactly.
'Let's see.... I went North, then took a left into the dense part of the forest.' She widened the field of vision on the electronic map. 'But I haven't seen any river.... Could I have missed it? Is it dried up? Or maybe I somehow got turned around and went to the left side? Should I turn around and retrace my steps? ...I don't remember what turns I took.'
Her thoughts were too into the map and finding her location that she hardly paid any attention to her surroundings. She knew quite well she was lost. Had there not been so many trees, maybe she could have found her way back. Well, at least she knew what way was north by the low moss on the trees.

Hearing a swift sound of a light object come launching at him, Hatuibwari would turn around very quickly as he saw a bone. Ducking and then hearing the bone comes into contact with Marowak's hand he started to laugh. Hearing as Marowak was laughing, Hatui put up his book and then watched as Absol stood up and started to speak to Marowak. It was a pretty common thing; not knowing what they're talking about, but at least he got Marowak to calm down and finish his laughing. "Hey! Next time try to warn me if your gonna do that! You would've gave me an concussion if that did hit me!"
Sighing and then patting Marowak's head, Hatuibwari took out his pokeball and told him to return. Shaking his head as Marowak had then returned inside, Hatui stood up about to travel back into town after several noises were made. Wait.. wild Pokemon don't normally live in the forest right? Or maybe it was another person..? Trying to determine whether which was right, Hatui followed the noise and then hid behind a tree. Peaking his head from it, he managed to see a woman with a map. ...Is she.. is she lost? Maybe I could.. help her out? Sitting his back down on the tree, Absol had ran up to Hatui and was acting the same way as he was. They really don't like to talk to others, especially someone they don't know.

She groaned in irritation before an idea hit her. "Oh, how stupid of me."
How could she have forgotten she has something better than a map!? Liz pulled out a pokeball and threw it up in the air. A beam of red light shot up, forming into a bird pokemon. Autumn, Liz's Pidgeotto flapped her wings to stay airborne.
"Autumn, check out the area or any landmarks or things of interest. You know what to look for."
The bird pokemon cried out before setting off high above the forest. Liz looked quite proud of herself and chose to busy herself by climbing a tree to look for any Silcoon or Cascoon hiding in the treetops. It was when she was halfway up that she spotted something unusual. A tan or orange-ish...thing sticking out from behind a tree. It kind of looked like a tail...or a very odd mushroom.
"Hm?"
She leaned her weight to the side while gripping the bark of a branch to get a better look. The bark cracked and broke off causing her to fall with a yelp. If the ground didn't do much damage, her sheathed surely did. That would definitely bruise.
"...Ow..." She rolled over with both hands just above her butt which was up in the air.

H-hey Absol.. we'll help her out. She be an outsider, he was still going to do something that was at least.. a little helpful. Since they were talking to each other inside there heads, he was due to their bond of trainer and pokemon. Though; Hatuibwari thought of it as them being the best of friends. Standing up and back at the woman, Hatui had witnessed the pokemon: Pidgeotto appear. Gawking at it, he then looked back to the woman who wasn't there anymore. "H-huh? Hello...! Where'd you go?" Walking out in the open, he then heard branches being snapped as the sound of a thud hit the ground, as well as listening to the 'ow' that followed up after.
Running over towards the sound, it was the woman who had appeared before who made that thud happen. Sighing he then saw how her butt was in the air. Due people ever have same..? Signaling Absol over towards to where he was, Hatuibwari then had grabbed the woman's arms while smiling at her, trying to help her up. That really looked like it hurt though.. maybe I could carry her back to town..?

One moment she was on the ground in pain and the next someone had picked her up to her feet. A young boy, perhaps a year or two below her was smiling down at her. An Absol, probably his, was also nearby, watching them. It was lucky he was here. Now she could ask where she was.
"Oh, hello. Thank you for helping me up. Do you by chance know where Littleroot Town is? I seem to have gotten myself turned around."

Is.. is she lost or something..? We're right outside of Littleroot Town, actually we're inside the forest that surrounds the town.. how come she is so.. No, no! Don't call here names, you don't even know her.. i'll just lead her towards his home town; or where I am currently living in. Nodding as he turns around and points at the direction west from here. "If you just go this way, you'll reach it in know time.. but I guess i'll walk you there just to be sure.."
To be honest, Hatuibwari was very nervous and tense during this whole process. With a smile still on his face, he continues to walk down the pat he usually takes to get towards Littleroot Town. Absol, is partner had followed close behind him as he then started to run towards the town. "H-hey! Absol..! Get back here!"

Aww, that was really nice of him to escort her. She'd have to treat him to something as a thanks. As his Absol ran off and he followed, she placed two pinched fingers in her mouth and let out a loud whistle. As she followed after the two, her Pidgeotto flew down from wherever he had been looking around at. He let out a soft little call as she returned him to his pokeball and jogged after the boy.
