They form last for a few minutes in this state they're at their best truly ultimate weapons.

Main Weapon: Martial Arts: he uses his fist to do battle crushing foes left and right with speed and power.Prefers to use his fist because he can do much more with them.Plus he can channel his chi into different parts of his body like, legs and arms.
Sub Weapon: Riga Pistols : Cyber advance pistols strap to his waist.Able to change their bullet fire to laser to exploding rounds.These guns are 3x the size of a normal pistol and a thousand times stronger; he can even combine them to make Riga Cannon.A powerful cannon that fires compacted atoms at foes with such power.
Cybernetic Powers/ Abilities:
x Positive- Chi: Using the positive flowing with in him he uses it to aid,protect and even buff his comrades. Leonardo is able to control the positive flow of chi and use it to protect himself and others.He can create shields of chi, heal wounds heavy or small,power up himself and his comrades for a bit, increasing speed, strength and healing for a few minutes.He can use one attack with this chi .Pulse Leo's body shines gold and in his hand a orb forms, taking all the gold aura from his body into one single point the orb. Unleashing all the power into a beam that destroys only evil.
x Terror Collusion: He becomes a black figure with a dark aura covering his whole body, his eye's a deep crimson like blood aura flowing from them, he seems more muscular.He rushes forward without a word and pummels foes left and right, punches and kicks a blur knocking them into the sky with one mighty finishing punch!.He takes his pistols,and combines them into his own body creating Terror Collusion!.His right arm turns into a crimson cannon ,he charges the beam to 100% then fades and appears while the foe is flying he places the cannon on their chest. He fires a crimson and black beam that slams into the foe into they hit the ground creating a massive explosion blowing things apart.He stands in the middle of the creator,unscratched his crimson eye's shine the foe is no more not even a atom left. This move can be used to take out large amounts of foes at once.
x Onslaught: His suit becomes crimson,gold and black, he takes the crest from his helmet and it transforms into a golden blade.There is more of him suddenly more of him appear! 40 versions of himself with speed that destroys the ground beneath his feet! From all over blurs slam into the foe all over jerking them in all different direction, electricity is flowing from the blade likely from his own proto heart.The foe is slashed into a black tornado up up up and up they go until the tornado blows apart sending them flying sky high. The 40 versions of him fade away, created from his chi (life force)he channels the chi into the blade were it grows into the size of skyscraper! The blade becomes a gigantic golden beam blade and he chops down the foe in half, were all the power is channeled into their body . In mid air creating a wave of golden energy that rains down as sparkling energy they foe is utterly destroyed!
x Matrix Zero: Leon falls into himself channeling all of his chi into one single part his heart.The proto heart activates and grants him his ultimate power.His body becomes a golden aura,he is no longer solid, and looks like a outline more then a figure. The aura is electrified this move is used only when all else fails he sacrifices himself.He runs so fast he leaves after images. He punches the foe with one mighty punch; to the face with all his might or is it just one punch? No the foe is punched at least 200 times over in one blow all over the body his speed is too great.He also does one other thing fuses his body with the foe( he is not solid but can still hit you) ; takes control and fly them up into space and explodes leaving a dazzling display of energy that can be seen all across the worlds sky! This move is used as a last resort when all else fails he is willing to sacrifice himself.
Note: these skills can be sued in different ways I was giving a descriptive way of how he would use them.

x Power Draining: as powerful as he is he has to make sure to keep his power in balance.The more power he pushes out the more the after effect will be, he will start to get weaker and weaker until the point he can't fight anymore and has to recharge.
x Matrix Zero: This move takes up all his power not only can it drain all of his power it can kill him! Used as a last resort move!
x Electricity: To much electricity can disrupt the flow of his heart causing him to lose power on and off. Electricity that is not from his own PH he cannot absorb it! Thus making electricity one of his major flaws.
