Ok, this is where I will take ideas and suggestions from the members for what would make things run smoother. Mind you, this is about the guild in general, not individual stories. If we get subforums for the stories, each of them should have its own discussion thread at the top.
One of my ideas is to use this thread as a list of poll verdicts. Here is how it will work. I receive a PM with an idea. I make the poll for a week, and post the dominant verdict at the end. Here is the thread's intended structure.
Post 1: Topic information.
Post 2: Current Poll in detail.
Post 3: Next Poll in detail.
Post 4: Completed Polls.
Post 5: Pending Polls.
Post 6: Commendable Members.
After that it's open for people to comment on the current or pending poll. If I see a good idea to add to the current or pending poll, I'll edit the proper post so everyone can see current and upcoming ideas right at the beginning of this thread.
