Likes- "adventuring...um...animals.... for sure. mermaids. ribbons, sewing, sea shores, fires...sunrises.... pffft~ oh- i like fighting, freedom, peaches, apples, steak, potatoes, flan, the sea, pirates...aaaand traveling?"
Dislikes- "the darkness, spiders, kings, cleaning, and bathing...aint nobody got time for that"
Biography-
[short] Fate and a gypsy seem to conspire against stray as she is captured and used as a pawn by a power hungry king taking over everything. things are worse than they seem when it is discovered there is a darker evil that transcends the dimensions of space and time. she escapes one last time to travel with a woman she was sent to kill and a queen of one of the last cities not infected by the darkness. these ladies are some of the handful of important pawns that could force the darkness back into dormancy. the question is..."will they?"
[long] adopted by a woman who didnt want her, grew up knowing only the life of cleaning shop. she visited her mermaid friend Anne everyday, sitting on a dock talking with her about how she wished for an adventure. and ultimately a life on the sea as a pirate. Anne told her she should see a gypsy, but refused. she also told her that there was a king looking for a worthy bride, but Stray laughed and said it would be very unlikely to be chosen by a king being that she was poor as dirt. ironically she was visited by a gypsy woman who gave her a pair of goggles and read her cards. she thought nothing of it for a long time. one day that she was cleaning shop a princess and her father a king where shopping around the poor bazaar. the princess had a particular liking for ribbons, which stray made in her spare time. in a peculiar turn of events the princess ends up, not buying ribbons but, buying Stray instead.
Stray ends up going to school with the princess and goes to graduation (a ceremony in which princesses take a ship to an island where they practice on a giant elegant arena and are chosen by princes on a stage of balconies, in front of royal families.) she refuses to take of her goggles for the rehearsal. mid-performance one side of the building blows up.
out of the rubble emerge an old king (king responsible for the hostile take over of part of the landmass) his joker and his army. the joker points at the princesses and the king begins to test out each one. the princesses thinking that it is a part of the ceremony go with it, but quickly realize that it isn't when he smacks a princess for having fake hair pieces. he eventually gets to Stray who had put the goggles over her eyes. the joker blurted out that she was the one that they needed and ordered the soldiers to capture her. she manages to escape with a friend. the friend gets captured and she goes to save her. they have a trade off. she stays captive for some time. they reveal to her that a gypsy told the king that if he found a girl with red hair and eyes dark as coal and she stayed by the kings side, and if the joker stayed by the kings side, he would take over the entire country. the king is also contacted by the ruler of all evil, the dark one, who promises the king that he would take over the globe if he could ensure the death of D.P. and the destruction of her school of mystical outcasts. immortality if he can kill D.P.'s lover Alex Cross. the dark one has no actual intention to keep this promise, but the power hungry king believes it.
stray escapes multiple times, stalling the takeover and the spread of darkness.
[time skip] she now travels around with D.P., and Freyja each with their own reason for traveling.
Powers: none that she knows of. but she has the blessing stone of the earth enabling her to feel things that are connected to the earth, down to its core.
Pets: "err...i had a cat... but amidst all the action i have no idea where he went."

the darkness quickly surrounds her kingdom, she being useless takes off with stray and D.P. after they figure out how to stall the infection. Appearance: blue-purple long hair, a golden crown with emeralds. fair skinned, green eyed, necklace with a little glass container that appears empty, wears clothing suitable for a woman of royal status, but often strays slightly to allow for comfort and minimal restriction.Skills:her leadership skills are impeccable and is perhaps the only skill other people know she has,

race: "oh...well... im the reincarnation of the Earth mother...but by all accounts i should be just a human. or maybe it could be cataloged as 'wood sprite' "

weight: "a lady never tells her weight"
appearance: normally in school teacher uniform, red vest, white collared button up, red skirt. but dresses more freely now that she travels about.
Likes: Plants and paints. Animals of all sorts. Winter fall and spring
dislikes: brush fires, droughts, floods, spiders, summer.
attitude: kind gentle demeanor under almost all circumstances.
Abilities: limited power over nature. has the plant blessing stone.
History: Awoke in a forest as a young child, without any memory, wandered naked into town and a kind old woman took her in, clothed and fed her, raised her, and loved her. Several people in the town had disappeared without a trace. The rich blamed all the people with supernatural abilities and started taking matters into their own hands. Sometime after people stopped vanishing and livestock were going missing.
Some years later the poverty was so bad that she, 2 others and a baby left to find a better life, a sudden thunderstorm arose and they took siege in the forest. The mist and rain were so bad and the baby was so hungry they had no choice but to go up to the mansion said to have been owned by an immortal.
The man vanished and the adolescents bordering adulthood were left to run the estate. in time they turned the mansion into a school for outcasts like themselves. soon after they find out they are one of the few towns not tainted by the darkness and that hasn't been taken over by a zealous king.
through a series of strange events she finds out that she is the reincarnation the earth mother (mother nature Eeva, who was killed by the Dark one)
D.P. falls in love with a teacher Alex cross and that seems to be the only positive light in all this chaos, but her illusions turn to turmoil when she discovers he is why the darkness in in this dimension. and that they both are on the hit-list of the countries two best assassins. being at constant war takes its toll and she regularly leaves to find help, coming back with either students or news of the approaching king. she finds out that the darkness progresses slower when she isn't around and uses this to her advantage, leaving to fight against the king. on one such mission she is put in an impossible situation. the joker had the perfect opportunity to kill D.P.
But Stray collides her horse into his. while Stray is down the villagers attempt to kill her, joker saves her and calls for a retreat, ruining his chance, and allowing D.P. to escape with open wounds and broken bones.
D.P. eventually meets up with Stray, and later with Freyja, and they embark on a quest to save the existence of all things.
