Personality: Cel is kind of childish and free you can say. She can be mature and serious when she needs to be though. Celestia tried to be social but many people don't exept her because she is half vampire and half angel. She can be mean and cold hearted too but she only acts that way towards other who act like that.

Biography: Celestia's father was an angel and her mother was a vampire. When Cel was little her mother was accused of killing about 12 humans in district 10 but her mother never did such a thing, Cel and her mother only drank the blood of animals sometimes Cel's mother would drink her husbands blood but only with his permission. Cel's mother and 3 other vampire were killed for this crime. Cel's father ended up raising Celestia by himself, it took the family a while to recover from the death of Cel's mother but eventually they were able to go on with life. Celestia's father owned a small part of land in district 10 which was turned into a farm. Since Cel and her father owned some land they were considered upper class but they worked just as hard as everyone else. Cel was never to good at handling animals so she often ended up having the job of feeding the animals or gathering chicken eggs. Many people considered Cel to be a failure because even though 10 was known for farming she was pretty bad at it. She had only a few friend like maybe 5 but that was enough for her.

Weapon: Bow and arrow, sword or knives.

Power: She can read peoples emotions and minds. She can aso fly do to her wings and she is also pretty strong and fast which she gets from her vampire genes. She also has the power to control light she can use the light of the sun, moon or even the stars. When hungry she can sniff out anything that has blood dripping from it so cover your wounds up good.

Strengths: She's fast and strong so it's best to avoid hand to hand combat with her. Since she can fly she as the advanged of the sky and she can gather energy day or night for her light powers as long as either the moon, stars or sun it out.

Weaknesses: Cel isn't dumb but she's not the smartest when it comes to berries and plants. She will easily confuse a poison plant and a non-poison plant for each other. She is usually a pretty fast thinker and it quick to act so she will rarely come up with a detailed plan so you could probably outsmart her. Also if you somehow damage her wings really bad it can take the sky advantage away from her and if there is ever a dark day or a comepletely black night in the games that would be the best time to attack her since her light powers can work during that time.

Personality: Scarlet seems cold hearted and uncaring but she actually is caring and stands up for what she believes in. She'll protect or help out anyone she thinks deserves it. Around some people her kindness is more noticeable but around others you might have to look deep into her to see how good she can be. She's more of a tomboy but dresses like a girl. She loves fighting and won't back down from one if challenged. She hates demons though she she is usually a bit meaner to them but maybe if she gets to know one better she'll losen up.

Biography: Scarlet's mother was human and her father was a demon. Her parents were never married actually her mother was raped by a demon and few months later ended up with Scarlet. Scarlet's mother fear scarlet as first think she would be a monster but after giving birth to her and seeing how she was more human than expected her mother grew to care for her. Scarlet's mother made her wear an eye patch over her red eye when she was young though because it reminded her to much of the man who raped her. Scarlet had a heard time making friends because a lot of kids new she was a hybrid and that scared the human kids. Scarlet was told to avoid all the demon children so she did. When Scarlet was young her demon powers started to develope but they were out of control. Her mother went back to fearing her so in order to keep her mother and others safe Scarlet started to live alone at the end of district 3 at age 10. She nearly died because she was to young to be alone but a man appeared and gave her a small bland that transformed when she touched it into some kind f demon weapon. The man trained her how to use it and showed her how it helped to control her powers. The man was like scarlet half demon and half human. He made her believe in herself and raised her. Together they made this small gang that fought for justice in district 3 and after a few years most people stopped fearing Scarlet. She made human friends who also wanted to fight for justice and a few other hybrid friends but she always hated pureblooded demons and never socialized with them. When it came time for the reaping her gang started a riot against the games peacekeeps started to kill some of them so to end it all Scarlet offered herself up as a tribute. The peacekeepers didn't know she was part of the gang that started the riot and let her volunteer. Due to the riot she was late to arriving at the Capitol.

Weapon: Her sword that can transform into a spiked chain. Her sword also helps her control her power of shadows. Also the eyes on her blade shoot out lasers and they can hypnotize you into being confused.

Power: She can control shadows and darkness and she also has this power of this weird red energy that can be used as a laser beam or a sheild.

Strengths: Her weapon skills are her main strength. She's also really strong.

Weaknesses: She has a hard time controlling her powers without her sword so if you take away her weapon she won't be as good of a fighter. Also if you have a hostage of someone she cares about she'll give up.
