Joel walked around the city circle, his mouse head making him even more bizarre then the other inhabitants of the Capital, not to mention the fact that he was wearing a samurai outfit. He was considered a rather strange one but he was good at what he did. He liked being different. His own music was being played in the helmet that completely hid his face but did not impair his vision.
