2025AD It is a fair summer evening as the lights and the city of Tokyo are moving along as normal. However rumors are spreading about a mysterious new site called Pluto.com oddly enough its only accessible trough a cell phone, the site shows strange images of people dying however the vids are always...off a bit either by being out of focus or far away to see the faces. An earthquake erupted wiping out all communications and electricity throughout Japan. Rumors spread of strange creatures roaming the streets the entire city was in a massive state of hysteria, after awhile the sun came up as electricity was still out however emargency workers began setting up safe havens for wounded and makeshift hospitals, as the JPRS(Japanese Paranormal Research Society) began to set up blockades around the city to protect citizens from "hotspots" of monster activity or so they say anyone who interferes with the JPRS is killed on sight or removed from premises.
