There seems to be a lot of inactive members who aren't using their characters. I think all characters that haven't been mention by now should lose their tribute position.
agreed. only problem...with everything finally taking off..who is going to want to fill those positions?
Well it seemed that lots of people wanted characters in different districts so if the district they wanted opens up I'm sure they will make a character for it. Also I wouldn't mind making a late character.
