He commonly approves what must be approved and denies what is not up to the guild's standards. This VC is all about "no bullshit allowed", so be careful how you act towards him or you may be punished severely for disrespectful actions or just plain stupidity, as he would say. Not afraid to kill off characters, so be wary of both his RPC and NPC when in character.
