Does it have to be DCU? sad I don't like DC. I prefer Marvel. But a RP based on a character's powers would be cool. Why not do like a School for the Gifted like X-Men? or at least an X-Men style RP.

Bleh. Hate DC. Hate Batman. Hulk Smash.
The entirety of D.C. can be owned by the Hulk and Deadpool. Superman might beat the Hulk down a couple times, but then he would just destroy Him. And Deadpool is Immortal XD
