How to play

*** = Changes have been made

Role of the Narrator
***1.)Basically, the Narrator is the one that reveals and tells the story about the events that will occur. The Narrator and the Killer(s) or Criminal(s) must communicate with each other to make the story flow. The narrator can ALSO work around what the guests role play for the story as well.

They also control HOW they want the story to go. So if they want more than one killer, or everyone to take on roles, (e.g. Maid, Cook, butler, etc) then they are allowed to.

Narrators of course can prepared their stories in advance~!

2.)The Narrator must start off the game by posting the first part of the story, which reveals the intro and the first death. The first death cannot to be one of the guests! It can either be the person who is being the Narrator, or a made up character.

***3.)The Narrator ALSO reveals the first clue in that same post. From then on, the narrator AND the killer(s) or criminal(s)will give out clues whenever they feel it's necessary.

4.)The narrator can write as many parts of the story as they want. Just be sure not to leave people hanging! Otherwise we'll think you have ditched us! Please try to update the story as often as possible, but also leave enough time for discussion.

***5.)If the Narrator decides to have a killing spree in the storyline, then they will need to state there have been a killing spree, and list all of the people who die. But this killing spree is only recommended if there are a lot of players, and if after a long time, no one has solved the crime.

5.)ALL POSTS BY NARRATOR MUST BE "DOCUMENT STYLE"

Role of Killer(s)/Criminal(s)
1.)The Killer(s) or Criminal(s) must communicate with the Narrator to let them know who they want to kill and when they are going to leave a clue.

2.)The killer(s) or criminal(s) must use the "Killer Mule" when they are leaving a clue!

3.)The Killer(s) or Criminal(s) must also play themselves at the same time, that way people won't know who the killer(s) or criminal(s) is. Killer(s) or Criminal(s) must try and steer people away from thinking the killer or criminal is them. They can defend or accuse people all they want.

4.)Once someone has solved who the the killer is, and has all the clues and evidence to back up their answer, then the killer or criminal MUST admit EVERYTHING.

5.)ALL POSTS BY KILLER/CRIMINAL MUST BE "SHOUT STYLE". Clues must be in red!

Role of Guests
1.)All guests basically have to collect and gather all the clues to figure out who the killer is.

2.) You can accuse or defend all you want!

***3.) If the narrator has given you a specific role, please try your best to dress the part, IF possible.

4.) If you have an idea who the killer is, and you have all the clues and evidence to back it up, then clearly state it in "WHSIPER" style. This MUST in detail from clue to clue, event to event.
