what did you think of it if you have seen it and if you have seen the movie what did you think of it

me the ending felt like it was missing something but it was made up with the movie

Yea, same here... but i actually kinda like the way the creators ended it for the series (not including the movie) cuz like they leave it to u to create the ending... it's really cool. So even if there wasn't a movie... i'd still be happy with the way it ended... even though... for the past few days after i watched it i was pissed cuz i wanted to know what happened... but not that i think about it... the ending was nice and powerful.... did that even make sense? xp

The anime ending is unique but leave me a sense of unsatisfaction. After the Elric brother had work so hard, been separated into different world is just too cruel. Although the movie made up for the anime, but it suck a little bit. Ed and Al both had too leave their hometown and can't use alchemy anymore. That kind of contradict the title "Fullmetal Alchemist"
