Pokemon Fantasia Region(O/A)

Everyone believes we know every Pokemon out there this however is untrue... Recently a new region has been discovered and within it lies over 200 new types of Pokemon only a few are known. Within the region lies a new organization Team DNA they preform unknown experiments and have created a mix between human and Pokemon. Their leaders are these very hybrids themselves there are 4 of them including their leader. These hybrids can communicate with Pokemon as if they spoke english to them this makes them a deadly foe. Several trainers have been tasked to explore this new region with Pokeballs in one hand and Pokedex in other what will they discover?

Rules

1: You can either choose to start with any non legendary canon Pokemon or pick a new Starter from the Fantasia region.

2: No cussing they never did it in any Pokemon media I will allow damn.

3: I suppose high school romance is fine and nothing above kissing on lips.

4: PM me if you wanna submit your own Pokemon I'm not going to list 200 by myself.

5: PM me with title "DNA" if you wanna be one of the villains.

6: The villains have their own Pokemon I mean that literally(For example if a DNA Team Leader is a Hypno human hybrid they would have a Hypno as well as other Pokemon)

7: Team DNA Leaders indeed can use Pokemon attacks as if they were one.

8: Fakemon can evolve but not all of them.

9: Team DNA can't evolve even if the Pokemon they are can.

10: Some canon Pokemon can be found in the Fantasia region they do not count towards the number of Pokemon in the Region.
