Elvont, a city where only those of fair heritage and fairer riches may reside. The city once proclaimed by outsiders as the city of gold is guarded by an army of well nourished Blaze Hearts atop a wall within a desert oasis. The entire kingdom stretches beyond the horizon, the fantastic buildings clustered in pockets throughout the structure which is contained within the wall which surrounds their towers. The desert beyond is surrounded by poorer villages, where little water is found, and most is cleaned and used from the city's waste. The only vegetation that grows among them is the toxic red vine, which climbs the walls and pierces it's shell only to be burned. Yet another impurity that the Elvont refuse to grant access.
Within the kingdom even the upper class of the world are separated into classes. Much like the system of Okentro, those of greater wealth are given housing closer to the center where their king (commonly known as the world's richest man) resides. Between these housings are several inner walls, creating layers within the golden city. To pass through each wall's gates, one must hold upon their arm the proper markings, yet in truth even the outer most housings are occupied by those who themselves could by a kingdom upon a whim.
Laws:
1. Thy shall bend a knee when passed by those superior to thyself.
2. Any crime deemed putrid by thy superiors shall result in your banishment from the kingdom stripped of wealth. Of course murderous action on the other hand shall result in murderous consequences.
3. Destruction of property, accidental or not shall be treated likewise to theft of said property, and punished the same.
4. If a king of another land visits you shall give him no currency and ask of him no debt. You will likewise treat them with respect as you treat your own king, for we are civilized.
5. Acts of violence or disorder fully intended will result in five days of banishment, no more no less. The wolves of men beyond the wall shall be punishment enough for that.
