So I just filed a ticket to get 30 of my mules unlocked emotion_awesome I hope this works because I have absolutely no idea what e-mail addresses they are attached to.

DISCUSS: Silly things that Gaia does, with or without warning.

Not that I hate the idea of account security (I use the IP locking and the auth token like a boss) - and I don't think that locking things down after a LONG inactivity is necessarily a bad idea, but coming home from work and suddenly not having access to half of your accounts with no prior warning is a bit saddening :< It also seems like it would be a major deterrent for those who have left and are trying to return. "Sorry mate, your s**t it locked!" If you'd been gone for a year and came back to that, would you really go through the trouble of making a new account just to get it unlocked or would you just move on and forget you stopped by?

Unfortunately all of mine are dressed, some with reasonably expensive items. I've received a response from a mod and responded back, and one is unlocked so far- so hopefully this will work C: I'll just need to make actual useful e-mail addresses for all of them and keep a list somewhere at some point in case I ever need to know the e-mail addresses.

Gaia decided to implement something that locks accounts that haven't been accessed in like 6 months or a year or something. You have to file a ticket with them to get the account unlocked if you want it back. They did this on very short notice so they pushed back the time limit on it because people were complaining.. but quite a few people still got their mule accounts locked and have been having to file tickets to get them back.

Yep. I think I managed to log into all of mine to avoid it but it's probably really difficult for people who have tons (like Day). neutral

Which reminds me.. I need to tell my bf about this so he can log into his other account before it locks, if it hasn't already..
