Putting this in the TF2 section since that is most likely what it would mostly be used for.
I think it is a great idea. Now Valve doesn't have to deal with people crying to them because they got scammed through PayPal when they wanted to buy unusuals.
Doesn't rule out PayPal in general, but still a good feature for those who want to sell their hats for steam wallet money for future games.
