The following is a list of acceptable posts in this forum:

-a post about any book in any language, AS LONG AS THERE IS NOT ALREADY A POST FOR IT, AND AS LONG IT'S NOT A PICTURE BOOK/40 PAGE KID'S BOOK.

-a post about any play, comic (COMIC, NOT MANGA), poem, memoir, biography, short story, etc.

-a post about an author, as long as there are not already 5 different posts about his/her books.

-posting fanfiction, in any language, if perfectly fine, as long as it does not have sex/rape/anything R-rated in it. While I personally don't mind, I unfortunately can't change gaia's PG-13 policy.

-Any poem/short story/etc that you wrote yourself (in any language), and would like constructive critism for.

The following would not be acceptable posts:

-posts that have already been made

-a post about an author if there's already 20 different threads for each of his or her books

-posts that do not provoke any conversation/discussion.

-anything related to erotic literature (fanfiction included).

Yep! 3nodding

Just as long as you write the essay yourself and then get critism, as opposed as asking others to write half of it for you. domokun

Out of curiosity, would a post about Edgar Allan Poe be okay? His work is (mostly) in English, but he was a great author, and -extremely- multilingual.
He randomly slipped into French in some of his stories, or Greek. Or any of a multitude of other languages.

Like in "The Cask of Amontillado."
