I was curious if any one else has watched this series thus far on crunchyroll or any other streaming site?
I think this series is rather cute, and pretty appealing in theme. Action and Magic rolled in to one with an adorable main character that holds unfathomable power and influence. But don't know how to wield it.
So far my favorite character within the series has to be Morgiana. She isn't the atypical girly girl who needs to be saving, nor does she have magical abilities. Instead she is the rather stoic individual who is learning to embrace being free and being her self after a long life in servitude. Infact Morgiana is the one who saves people much like her other counterparts.

How to put it? I know it's not going to be one of my most loved anime series but I like it. It makes me remember a lot of things of my childhood and such (about the tales my father read to me back then). And as you said the main characters are pretty awesome. Them all have their own kind of charisma. But even if he's a little bit creepy I can't help but to feel interested about Judal the most ^^; I think he'll do a great counterpart of Aladdin!

I watch it! I watch it! It's a really interesting concept. .w. I love the references it makes to King Solomon and other stories. The manga is also good, it's very cute and funny. My favorite would probably be either Juudal or Aladdin. heart
Sinbad used to be my favorite character. Now, not so much.
Aladdin's very cute (if not perverted) and is probably the one who has matured the fastest in their merry band. xd I haven't watched the latest episodes, but I have read the manga (and dun worry, no spoilers~!), and Aladdin really develops well as the story goes.

I saw the first episode when back when it was first posted on Anime44, but since there was only the one at the time I haven't gone back to it.
Is it worth checking out? I didn't really get into it before, but I normally try to watch the firs two episodes of anything before I give up on it unless the show is really just bad from the start. =/

I'm all caught up with the manga, but not with the anime...are they both on track, or is the anime behind?
My favorites are Sinbad, Ugo, Sharrkan, Titus, and Sphintus...
I don't know who else to include. //rubs chin
Liking Ali Baba and Aladdin is a given, so I don't know if they count as my favorites. P:
I think I like Hakuryuu's sisters too.
