I was diagnosed back in february with crohns disease and its really taken a emotional toll on me as well physical toll. I have nightmares sometimes and i cant stop the bleeding at times.

My friend has this too. It's very hard to deal with. When I see her, I wish I could do something to help her feel better, but there's nothing I can do.
Stay tough. Don't let this thing kick you down. You'll come through it, I know you will.

I know a couple of people who have Crohns aswell. You have to be really dedicated to refining your diet and avoiding things that cause problems for you.
I have a sensitive digestive system so I pretty much follow the same diet restrictions that they do.

yes i do follow my diet and stay away from foods that hurt me. i dont eat anything that is not on my list of things that i can have.
