"I gotta go potty," Victor whimpered, squirming as the smell intensified.
"Victor n' Ark aren't potty-trained," Xane explained to Lilian in those loud whispers little kids use.
Cue all teenage or older males taking a simultaneous step away from the energetic little toddler.

Koras nodded resignedly, Cadaver moving to help as they went to lead Victor to the bathroom.
The other guys, however, defended themselves to their mates, Beetle pointedly asking June if she wanted to help change the toddler's diaper and Simon bluntly reminding Sakano that all obligation to help the little guy went out the window when Victor kicked him in the nuts. Chimera, on the other hand, was still clawing desperately at his nose.
Xane noticed the problem and patted Chimera's leg sympathetically. "Don' worry - the only one of us who don't react like that is Andy, and that's 'cause his nose don't work, so we let him change the diapers - he don't mind," he told the hybrid matter-of-factly.
Andy nodded in confirmation from where he was still clinging to Nami's tail.

"No, but frankly, if we did have a kid that did that, they'd probably only do it by accident, and therefore would be much easier to forgive. Victor, on the other hand, just walked up to me and deliberately kicked me in the most painful spot any male can be kicked in for no apparent reason," Simon answered bluntly before sighing. "Look, if he'd aimed for the shin instead, I'd probably have forgiven him by now; as it is, give it another half-hour or so for the lingering soreness to fade, and then I'll consider being nicer to the little guy."
Chimera relaxed, calming down as his mate's scent soothed his poor nose, even actually starting to purr a little as his hands started wandering over her form.
Victor, meanwhile, had gone into the bushes, Koras and Cadaver following with expressions so forlorn they were almost comical.

"If he does, I will learn of it, and I will make sure to be angry at him instead of the impressionable kid," was Simon's equally dry reply.
Chimera considered that a moment... and then promptly began leading her out of sight of said "little ones".
"Oh, that? I've been able to do that since I woke up," was Xane's answer.
Cadaver happened to return just in time to hear Xane's words and quirked an eyebrow. "I do believe the word you're looking for is 'born', kiddo," he noted, idly watching as Victor and Koras came over as well.
"No, I mean woke up," was Xane's matter-of-fact reply, though the little boy made no further attempt to explain.

"Let's just say that I really hope our kids are made of ectoplasm like me, or at least born potty-trained," Cadaver answered, his tone traumatized.
Victor happily climbed all the way up to on top of Lilian's head before starting to play with her hair again.
Chimera pouted (which was surprisingly cute, given he was basically a mishmash of human and Pokémon body parts), but reluctantly consented, allowing her to lead him back.
