Please read this all the way through!!
It was important to me to start realizing as the guild grows I will start giving out promotions. Everyone has equil opportunities to get promoted based on a certain number of factors.
1) Activity/Commitment - how regularly do you post on the forums, how many posts do you have in the guild etc. 2) Relivancy - ehh this one wavers. Basicly the suggestions you have, how much you mean to the guild/keep it active. (remember everyone is relivant in some way I need you all to grow. 3) Donations - I waver on this one because I understand that even I myself am sometimes short, and we may save up and quest for items, but even if you can give 100 gold its atleast something to help the guild out. I only charge 1 gold for people joining since this guild isn't made to steal your gold, it just helps the guild when you donate. But donations do factor into how I chose after all I find that those that donite show they are commited to the guild. 4) Likeability/Personality - i need to know my other leaders of the guild have a likeable and (possibly) charismatic personality so members can get along with them. This can be gained by a simple hello, or greeting to a new member. 5) When you joined - I realize those that joined first and get this guild started, there is a pretty good chance those here will now be known as the original members of IDoG and as long as you stay active and show some responsibility there is a good chance to be promoted. READ! - WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW! 1) This will be done over time. I will probably not promote someone for maybe another week or so, give or take. I want to be able to see who is being active and rightfully assign promotions. 2) Please don't be offended if you didn't get one. If you do feel offended go ahead and pm me personally so we can sort it out. I am busy here in Gaia and off in real life so sometimes I overlook some things. Feel free to argue your point just not to the point its being rude. 3) Please don't make this a competitive thing. Don't try to outpost eachother or scam posts to make yourself get more posts. Or don't brag about how much you donate. Really it only matters that I know these things, and bragging will just make you look worse and will definitely not get you set as a leader. After all bragging is definitely not a leader quality.
