This might sound odd.. But i really like this guy.. Even though I hardly know him..
at all.. I feel this weird connection to him. He goes to my school, but he is a grade higher than me, So I only really see him in the hallways. I'm not sure why I like him but I do..I know stuff about him.. But he doesn't even know my name.
How do I somehow encounter him? Or "meet" him?

Well, this might seem redundant, but have you tried just walking up and talking to him?
Sounds KA-RA-ZY, but you'd be surprised how well it works!
And I say this all without a shred of sarcasm or cruelty, by the way.
Boys love girls who come right up and say hello.
Not only does it make you seem confidant, and confidence looks sexy on EVERYONE, but it saves him all the trouble of having to go out of his way to approach you.
After all, how can he like you back if he doesn't even realize who you are yet?

It's good to wait for him to be by himself, 'cause his friends might tease you, but again, it doesn't matter too much.
