Oh god, college. Why on earth do you have professors that are not considerate of other course loads that students may have?
I am saying this because I have a teacher who just jumped on us with a 25 page paper on a culture and their communicative forms to complete by December 6th, just as other teachers are telling us about final projects and papers to start working on. (these other papers are shorter in length but require a massive amount of research.) She gave out an alternative assignment, which is creating and implicating an lesson plan in another school which is an hour away, four times a week and then writing a 10 page paper on it. However when you are a full time student and working almost full time, this option is not feasible in any case.
Right now I am grinding out this 25 page paper while attempting to keep some motivation for it and other collegiate assignments that are required of me.
I feel so incredibly burnt out and all I can think is, is this teacher out of her mind? Yes, yes she is.

and the sad part is, they don't look through all of it. my dad had several courses like that. he'd have the same random sentence after the first two or three paragraphs to bulk it out. teachers never noticed until the last one XD
