The snake patterned female stalked along the shadowed brushline in her clan territory like water. She wasn't hunting, just merely moving about looking at the beauty that surrounded her. The way the trees moved in the breeze. The pray that popped out from the underbrush to scurry into a new hiding place. The sheer sound of the wind in the leaves. She admired it all.
But she was lonely. She had slipped from the heart of Thunderclan to wander almost hoping someone would go after her. She was too meek to ask anyone, a cat still looking for her inner strength. StarScales found a high rock outcropping to jump up and sit upon for a better view of the lazy white clouds floating in the sky past the treeline. She sat staring upward, tail giving little flicks. "Today is beautiful," she purred aloud with a slight lisp. All around her smelled of Thunderclan and if another from her clan had followed or simply stumbled upon her she would never notice.
