+5 to low and high number randomizer ex. 12-22 becomes 17-27

Parmecia:
Techniques are upgraded by one level but still only cost TP of novice
Example. Intermediate techniques are automatically now Expert techniques but only cost TP of intermediate level. Technique upgrades include Haki and executable techniques

Zoan:
Can attack Twice in one turn.
Novice Techniques cost no Skill points to learn. This includes Haki and Executable techniques

Also, Devil fruits may have additional effects depending on the type of fruit.

Attacks with Seastone Weapons hit Devil Fruit Users for 2x damage and when in contact with Seastone, all boosts are lost.

These are only effective during battle and do not count in other actions
