A taster for now:  Need some fixing up and the painting finishing (when I get some). Mars pattern, and headless Marine provided for scale.

as for names, throwing words around my head taken from Book Covers on my shelf, how about the Steel Reapers?

Doesn't really fit. Not much metal in the paint schema. That brown will be painted to bone. Symbol on shoulder pads is a Wyrven-like thing. Was thinking Wyrven Guard, but that is a bit too close to Raven Guard?

It looks really Chaos-y, especially with the skull, chain, and the color scheme, but it meshes well overall. The feet are really small proportionally, though.

It looks really Chaos-y, especially with the skull, chain, and the color scheme, but it meshes well overall. The feet are really small proportionally, though. If I wanted a clean cut SM army I would do Ultras (or revive my idea as Alphas disguised as Ultras). It might just be the shin-pads, also the feet on a Mars pattern are not all that big.
