Like all of you, i love marching band (im in drumline), the problem is, so many people in my band are idoits and dont care that we always do crappy and next year may not even do competition marching next year crying . the year will start off good at band camp, but then school starts and the losers show up and know nothing, then we spend the rest of the season trying to catch back up to where we were. has anyone else out there had this problem? it's really depressing.

No, we don't have that problem. Usually everybody interested in MB appear in Band Camp (and if they don't they're pretty much screwed for the season because we start working on drill in Band Camp)

We have the problem. I always want to kick the idiot freshman who dont have the common sense to realize that if everyone is a straight line, you DO NOT stand a foot next to your line scream

Our band's huge, so if someone isn't going to show up on time, they just don't march.

We have 52 biggrin
