Did you ever had problems with your roommate? You know those things that made you feel like screaming sometimes, or sometimes just give you headaches? Or did you have a great roommate who helped you and had your back all the time?

I once had a roomie that left water rings on my book shelf, empty beer cans in the room when she moved out, wet towels everywhere, and kept really strange hours. But, she was always willing to help me dye my hair and eat ridiculous amounts of food with me.
I think there are always positives and negatives with having roomies.

Well as I'm kicking my roomie out in a month I'm more inclined to say problems. Aside from having someone to game with she is lazy, jobless and disgusting. I don't remember the last time she took out the garbage, cleaned a dish that she wasn't using right away or cleaned at all. I'm really greatful for my girlfriend who does pick up the slack. Mostly cause I've been working 10-14 hour shifts all week and really haven't been home to do anything other then sleep.

My last roomie was a disaster. He was my now ex-boyfriend's friend/co-worker. This guy didn't like how warm I kept the apt (I get super cold) and so instead of discussing it with me, he'd leave his window open in the middle of winter, which meant letting out all the heat. On top of that, him (and my boyfriend) would turn the heat off when they left. His room was disgusting, he almost never picked up after himself, and it was a disaster.

I've had a few roommates and they all came with pros and cons. I lived with a cook once but he never cooked and played his games loud sometimes. My real problem was when he invited friends over without letting me know. I lived with my sister and her boyfriend and she tried acting like my mother and got mad when I stayed out late, and I was 21. The last two guys I lived with were Marines and they were such computer nerds they never left their computers. They NEVER cleaned and most of the time they didn't even notice if I was home or not. If something did happen to me, i.e. a car accident, no one would have known. But one of them helped me out when my truck broke down and the other let me pay rent late when my job wouldn't give me enough hours. But all in all I prefer to live alone.

Some of the cows I share the barn with have no manners. Lulabelle always makes flatuance in my direction and it's quite rude. When she pisses me off enough, I kick her in the shin.
However once I kicked Daisy too hard in the shin and her leg broke and the farmer had to shoot her.
Life is hard sometimes.
